Location of the hotel is great, extremely close to the local bus station to visit the falls or the tres frontiers and there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel for returning. 10 min taxi journey from the main bus station. Staff are extremely helpful and able to communicate well in Spanish and English.

Las sabanas de las camas quedan cortas y se salen del colchón, no permiten tener un buen descanso. Deberían tener sabanas con elásticos para que se ajusten bien al colchón Hay una disco al lado del hotel y el fin de semana hay mucho ruido.

This hotel has a good localization with easy access to restaurants around, beds are comfortable and the team is friendly!

We were at the fifth floor and had to go back various times to the reception because our key was constantly deactivated. The furniture in the room could be improved : there is no bedside lamp for example. Also, we were disappointed with the breakfast, the quality of the food was very average and we had to pay extra. For the price, I was expecting more from this hotel. Also, more briefing about local activities should be given to the team: we had the information that it will take us 4 hours to go through the Argentinian border when it only took us 1h at 7:30am ; and the team was unable to book a taxi for us (for lack of trustful contact?).

The room is worth for money! The process of online check-in is a bit complicated. Before traveling here I was in Rio de Janeiro, I am a bit busy for other stuffs so it is not convenient to do online check-in.

There are some ants in my room. It is really bad.

Towels were dirty, sockets did not work and room in general did not seem very clean

Spacious room with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. WIFI worked well. Great location,. Easy walk to the bus station to catch bus #120 to the falls . Close to the bus stop for the bus to Paraguay. Very friendly and helpful staff (everyone spoke English). 24-hour front desk for late check-in. Good value for the price Recommended.

Our room needed a bit of maintenance including the hinge supporting the glass shower door that was oming out of the wall, Soundproofing between rooms could be better (bring ear plugs).

Nice place with good value for money. We are staying here for the second time. Good breakfast for its price. Bed linen and towels are fresh. Good pressure shower, plenty of hot water. Hotel staff friendly and cheerful.

In a couple of years the hotel will need repairs, the furniture is already tired, the wallpaper is stained

Booking .com Genius level Two breakfast should be included but it wasn’t . Swimming g pool is not a swimming g pool but plunge pool- you cannot swim there. Can’t charge the phone when you not in the room as electricity goes off!!!!! Plugs should be working all the time!!!! Staff was extra friendly and helpful ! Good value for money ..

the ‘hostel’ is more like a hotel, it’s ridiculously good value for money! the reception staff really helpful and Eli who worked for the agency was amazing and really helpful organising our trips to the falls. buffet breakfast really good as well
