Komfortable, große Wohnung direkt im Zentrum. Guter Preis.

Die Heizung heizte sehr schlecht, es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Der Check-in war sehr kompliziert, wir mussten den Schlüssel von einem Restaurant abholen. Es gab keine Handseife.

The WiFi did not work. We sent the owner a message and called them twice, but nobody answered. The house is out dated. Bad quality and a bit smelly. I don’t recommend staying here, especially since they don’t answer when you have troubles. No service at all!

Good location for our one night, comfy sleep. Very nice kitchen/living area.

Freezer was broken. Back bedroom ceiling light didn't work. Construction area nearby. Note, street parking in Oulu requires coins instead of card/mobile payments.

Apartment for a family of five. Five chairs, five beds. Good location and high enough so you the traffic noise does not bother one.

Excellent location, spacy flat, good kitchen

Better instructions needed for how to put the Sauna on, we first turned the button too much enabling timer and Sauna was warm at 4 AM next morning. After that we understood how the button works. Also would be good to have small rest for feet in the sauna in same level as the bench, to keep the feet in warmer level,

The location is fair enough, 5 minutes walk to the shopping area but still takes around 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station, bit difficult to walk with luggages in snow and wind. The apartment is properly maintained but not as fresh as it appeared in photos.

The host was not quite hospitable. There was a phone call from the host confirming how to get the key during Christmas, but then everything was on myself. The entry to the building was not quite clear. The stay notice in the apartment was not written in a polite way, kinda offensive to me. Two of the table lamps in the bedrooms were not working. When I texted the host, the host replied there was no one could help. The least pleasant thing was that, I accidentally left two earcaps in the room when we checked out. I couldn't get back to the room so I had to text the host and asked if it was possible to mail them to Helsinki and I would pay the mail cost. Even though I didn't feel it necessary as the earcaps were not expensive, I feel a reply in text message from the host should be the least courtesy. But I haven't heard anything from the host since I checked out, which was very disappointing.
