All communication was done online for this room. They were quite to respond and answered any questions I had. I had to download an app to check into the room, which I’m glad I knew the night before when I had access to Wi-Fi. If you’re using a cell service with limited data that could be an issue. The room was nice. It was a two store apartment with steep narrow stairs that could be an issue for some, but was no problem for me. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very good. Close to lively streets, the waterfront, and the old part of town.

I didn’t see a single person who worked there. I know this is not uncommon in today’s travels, but sometimes I miss the face to face contact and communication. Overall there was nothing wrong with this room and I would stay there again.

Claustrophobic shower cabin and bad contact with personnel. In our room there should be corkscrew and bottle opener, when we informed that they were lacking we still didn’t receive it.

Excellent location, max 10 min walk up to the train station and max 10 min up to the city center. Nice restaurants and bars are in proximity. Decently quiet room and street. Le Dimore is actually a loft type room, with one person bed at the ground and one double size bed at the top. It has towels, air conditioning, fridge (containing 2 small bottles of water), soap, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. There is a lot of storage space. They come and clean or arrange the room every day. Excellent bonus is the fact that they provide free luggage deposit, once the check out is done. Self check in can be done, regardless the arrival hour. Pay attention to extra fee after 12 am. Overall, for people that come to Bari to travel all day and just come to the room to shower and sleep, the room was decently ok.

During the self check in we had some difficulties with opening the locker and also the door. It would be great if the door locker could be improved with a newer one. Communication was done in English, yet it felt like talking to a robot. The replies from the owner seemed to be like copy paste. It would be great to improve this aspect. However, the owner replied decently fast and helpful. The app of the site did not work well, yet the owner provided the link to make the online check in. The pictures on the booking do not reflect 100% the reality of the room. There are not enough blankets in case of needing to cover more. Also, there are no bath slippers. The lights are not enough and not so powerful. The room itself overall did not feel at all clean and fresh. The apartment badly needs to be refreshed and restored. The walls need to be painted, the curtains changed, the bedsheets improved, the bath appliances to be repaired. The furniture around the fridge felt hot and the walls switches are not safe at all. Nor enough. It's all about details to which the owner does not pay attention. The balcony cannot be accessed and it is a pity, as the view is nice. It is truly a pity as the room and location are beautiful, yet not enough satisfactory in providing a clean and fresh feel while staying there. Hopefully the owners will make an effort to improve the room aspect and to listen to all these suggestions especially that they have been repeatedly mentioned by lots of travelers.
