Equipe extremamente educada e acolhedora. Espaço muito bem cuidado e café da manhã PERFEITO com várias opções de suco natural. Tivemos problema com o horário do voo e chegamos muito tarde, entramos em contato com a equipe e foram solícitos em nos receber após o horário do check-in.

Very friendly staff and breakfast is delicious

Staff was always supportive and caring. They’re really nice people and made us felt as family. Cleaning was a high point (of course from time to time a bug would enter, as the city is in a rural area). Breakfast was really good, there was several cakes, breads, fruits, juices, etc. And they prepare eggs or tapioca on demand. Dona Antonia always had a nice story to tell us and she was way better than any weather forecast (the weather channel, accuweather, climatempo). So we used to decide where to go based on her knowledge. At the end of the day, when coming back from the trails, there was always a coffee/tea served to warm our soul and bodies. They provide their Whattsapp number for anything you may need… I didn’t use it and only realized I already had it when leaving the property. Room cleaning, towels change was every other day due to the covid protocol and worked fine to us. BTW, masks are to be used in any common area. There’s a bookshelf where you can borrow a book… well within 2 kids, I didn’t do it, nor turned on the tv.

Things that didn’t bother me, but you may consider. Waze gets tou to the wrong address if you put the guesthouse name instead of the address. Wifi is not so good, but it’s not in the entire city and even the cellphone signal isn’t that good. Embrace it, and enjoy the nature. The guesthouse isn’t so close to the downtown. I had a rental car, so wasn’t a problem at all… I guess it’s about 2,5 km away. The electricity is unstable…. But this happens to the entire city… we’re coming back from a trail and once near the city, we could see that everywhere was dark. That night we had fruits and cookies as dinner. No delivery was available due to the outage. There were a few minor ones and the guesthouse has emergency light inside the bedroom. The credit card machine wasn’t working and I transfer the money (pix)

The room was very nice and cozyand quiet. Everything was great. It's clean, there is a TV and the fridge is pretty big. D. Antonia is very welcoming. Loved the gardening. Breakfast is good, you can ask for eggs and tapiocas.

It is not walking distance from the main street at night, but it is very close by car. The fridge can be a bit noisy but it only bothered me a little the first night.
