A nice quiet property off the road, with a few decently appointed cottages. The host was responsive to our requests and the cottage was just as promised.

The bedrooms were a bit small, but otherwise, the place was spacious enough.

Such a nice cottage! It's so large and comfortable that I really did not want to leave. It was perfect and cozy warm inside to watch the beautiful snowiness outside! The cottage is super close to Dalvik so you can be in and out of the village in no time for provisions. The cottage has FANTASTIC VIEWS of the countryside, and the hot tub IS HOT and GIANT- you could probably fit a whole football team! I was rather spoiled being there alone, but the main cabin would be great for a family. Lorenzo is an excellent host and made sure I was taken care of and checked in. I really appreciate all he did to get me sorted- and I am already planning a return visit when the whale watching is prime. Thanks for a fantastic stay Lorenzo!

I booked last minute and I've got all the info right away, self check-in was super easy. The cottage was perfect, big and super cozy inside with very comfortable beds. The view from the terrace was top notch. The place was very clean inside/out and the host was welcoming and quick to answer to my message. The hot tub on the patio was the perfect touch for a bit of relax after a long and cold day. Probably the best accommodation I've been in Iceland, value for money too. I'll definitely be back!!

We stayed here as we wanted to be away from the towns. Lovely location next to a lake. The cottage is well equipped, a bit on the smaller side but the hot tub is amazing. Loved watching the skies at night in the hot tub.

Would have liked to meet the owners for that extra touch :) but overall no issues at all.

Location was amazing, the house was clean, equipped with all necessities.

It was strange, that the sauna was received for another house. But, maybe the sauna is for all the guests.

Very well located cottage Elsti with bbq grill and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. Everything what we needed for relax was in cottage.

The cottage itself was all OK, and it has an outdoor hot tub! It was roomy and clean, and although it wasn’t important for us, it’s fully suitable for guests with disabilities. The location is beautiful with the snow covered mountains around, and finally we were able to see the northern lights! 🙂

Due to the cold we couldn’t prep our dinner on the outdoor grill, and the indoor fire alarm was a bit overreacting. It was a deafening experience, but hey, it’s for our safety.

Quite good kitchen and big couch. Cant do feedback about hot tub cause we didnt have time to try it.

In photos looks very romantic but I didnt have that feeling there. The place is a bit adapted for eldery people. Beds cant be arranged to bouble beds so not comfortable for couples.
