Excellent communication from owners, any problems quickly dealt with. Apartment is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants and bars. The apartment was vey well equipped and clean. The welcome package on our arrival was very generous and much appreciated. We would definitely consider returning in the future- highly recommend 😊

The apartment was an excellent place to stay for our second holiday in Kalkan. The beds were very comfortable and the choice of air conditioning and overhead fans to keep us cool was very much appreciated. The owner has provided pretty much everything you would want for a very pleasant stay including a large water cooler. There are wonderful views and the complex has beautiful, well kept gardens and a choice of well maintained swimming pools. The location is perfect for a short stroll into Kalkan and you have everything you need on your doorstep including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, banks, taxis etc. Would definitely recommend. This was our 4th time visiting Kalkan and this apartment was the best by far! Great location, amazing views and well equipped. Five of us shared the apartment and it was fab! The pool was lovely and it was great always knowing we had our own sun beds. A five minute walk into town was brilliant and despite the closeness to town, the apartment was never affected by noise!! Adrian and Jane were great from the start of the booking, even sorting out our airport transfers. Thank you so much, we had a fantastic holiday in your apartment.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment and pool. Spacious, clean, Yasar and Ibo were always on hand if we needed anything. Grounds and pool area were kept immaculately - would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Kalkan and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was as we expected. Great location. Been to Kalkan 7 times and this development is the nearest you can get to the town and have a pool. In fact 5 pools. I had to spend a night in the 3rd bedroom. It is only a child’s bed but you could mistake it for an ordinary bed. The living room terrace is completely taken up with the dining table, given that most people go to Kalkan for the eating out experience. Even if the table wasn’t there the lovely views of the bay would only have been available if you remained standing due to the overgrowth of flowers. The only thing really that let the apartment down (this is maintenance people fault) the whole development is overgrown with the creeping flowers. They are lovely but need looking after. Having said that we enjoyed our stay. Well equipped well serviced clean apartment. Gorgeous pool and nice neighbors. We would certainly return Robert Sim

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Great views of bay. The complex is clean with colourful and well kept gardens. Pool area is quiet and easily accessed from the apartment. Kalkan town is on the doorstep with numerous good restuarants, bars and shops. The harbour is about a 5 minute walk along a very steep hill, which can be avoided if you detour on foot through the old town which only takes a couple of minutes longer. I recommend the apartment and to visit Kalkan.

This is our third time in Kalkan but our first at this apartment. We would definitely recommend it as it has the best location and no need for a hire car as everything is on the doorstep. The views are fantastic and although it’s a central location it’s very quiet. The pool is clean and flowers are beautiful. The apartment has everything you need. A welcome pack of bread butter jam juice milk tea coffee fruit crisps cheese eggs etc meant we didn’t have to run to the supermarket on arrival. There are loads of DVDs and books and even a sewing kit!!! Adrian the owner was very quick at replying to emails and organising airport transfers and the agent in Kalkan was on hand for anything we needed. We will definitely return. We've just returned from our 6th holiday in Kalkan, what a beautiful place. This was our 1st time staying at the Mediterranean Appts which is perfectly positioned for easy access to the harbour, town and local amenities. The apartment we stayed in is one of the largest on the complex and was very well equipped. There are 5 decent sized pools and on many occasions we had one to ourselves. Perfect holiday and looking forward to going back

We had a fantastic time at this lovely 3 bedroom apartment within the lovely Mediteranean Apartment Complex in Kalkan. The apartment had everything you could need with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with spectacular views over the swimming pool, kalkan bay and of the mountains and the starry moonlit sky at night. It has air con throughout and a very useful washing machine and cold water dispenser. The whole complex is beautifully manicured and superbly maintained with 5 swimming pools spread over it. The atmosphere around the pools with other guests is very friendly and relaxing as everybody has their own allocated loungers. The location is perfect for access to the nearby shops, restaurants and general amenities whilst also maintaining the required peace and tranquility one would want at night in order to sleep well. The appointed agent Yaser is just over the road and was extremely helpful on the rare occasions needed. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anybody.

Perfect location fabulous apartment great great holiday

We've just returned after a 16 night stay in Zakkum apartment. It was our first time in Turkey and I hope it won't be our last. Adrian and Jane were really helpful prior to departure; they arranged our airport transfers and car hire and always replied promptly to any questions we had. The apartment itself is in a lovely location, both in terms of the Mediterranean complex, and Kalkan. It was very well equipped, with many "extras" including a juicer and coolbag (so useful to take on car journeys). We also thought it was a lovely touch that there were postcards in the apartment. Kalkan was lovely, although tourist numbers were down by 50-70% and this meant that the numerous restaurant owners were quite tenacious in trying to win business. The plus side was that prior booking wasn't essential, as I gather it can be usually. We liked the beach clubs and took three boat trips, all of which were excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much for our stay!

We have been to Kalkan many times and this was definitely the best apartment that we have stayed in. The welcome pack was much appreciated and not having to take our own beach towels was also a bonus. We would definitely like to return next year.

Lovely welcome and a much appreciated welcome pack upon arrival. Apartment was very clean and a real home from home. We are a family of five with three 18+ children and the apartment was a comfortable size - our daughter particularly like her single room. The apartment is located very close to the town with a short flat walk there. We never tired of the view from the very pretty balcony and there are a couple of pools located near the apartment too! This was our third time to Kalkan and has been our favourite apartment yet. Kalkan has a lot of lovely restaurants and is great for shopping - especially silver! What's not to like? The owners were very helpful and prompt in all correspondence and organised our very efficient transfers, everything went very smooth from start to finish. Thank you we had a lovely holiday and will certainly return :-)

The owners were prompt & really helpful with all correspondance. The apartment is perfectly located being an easy flat 5 min walk to the main town area of Kalkan, where there are supermarkets & hundreds of wonderful restuarants. The location has an unspoilt & uninterupted view across the bay as there are no buildings in front of it. You are literally a few steps to a lovely pool which you share with just a few other apartments. You have your own pool side beds to relax on. The apartments & gardens are beautifully kept, clean & pretty. You cannot tire of the wonderful view from your balcony across the bay. The apartment is looked after & is a home from home. The air conditioning a must for the summer heat & the water cooler a lovely touch. We would certainly recommend this lovely apartment & would use it again should we return to the lovely area of kalkan.

Never been to Kalkan before and was not disappointed. The apartment was absolutley lovely, comfortable, clean with all amenites required and to top it all superb views. A charming complex, quiet and beautifully maintained, very private and relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed many and early morning breakfast and lovley warm evenings enjoying a drink or two on the balcony overlooking the bay, what a view, our eyes nevered tired of looking at it. A very short walk from the town, where ther choice of places to eat was second to none. No matter where we chose to eat the food was with out fault a gormet delight. Shopping in the quaint streets running down to the harbour was a most delightful experience everyone friendly and helpful. We loved it so much could have stayed for another week or two. I am sure we shall return as this has gone top of oour list of holiday destinations.

Have just come back from Kalkan, Turkey and have stayed in a most amazing appartment. It was very large and had everything that you could possibly wish for, including "Beach Towels". The property was very clean and well maintained, (looked after by Yasar at the nearby Korsan appartments) and my daughter was most pleased that they had a very extensive DVD collection to watch late in the evenings!! The views were fantastic from the main balcony and we enjoyed our breakfasts here looking out over the sea under the very blue skies. When we booked this appartment the owner was very efficient in confirming the booking and booked our transport to and from Dalman Airport for us which was excellent. This was our 4th year in Kalkan and I can only say that this has been the best appartment we have stayed in, so much so that we have booked it again for 2014. It is very near to all amenities, but is also very secluded. The whole site where the appartment is situated is very well looked after with very beautiful gardens which give off a wonderful perfume in the evenings. To those of you who have not been to Kalkan before you are really missing out on a "little gem" of a place. The people are very friendly and service at all restaurants is "first class" with lovely food. There is plenty to do if you want to, but also you can relax on the little town beach or go to the long sandy beach at Pratara. I would thoroughly recommend this appartment, you would not be disappointed.
