Funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Sem espaço de convivência interno (apenas o lobby). Sem espaço kids. Piscina fria. Toalhas de piscina acabaram. Muitos pernilongos (torcendo pra não serem aedes - dengue). O único espaço que poderíamos ficar com amigos e crianças era o quiosque junto a piscina, local escuro e sendo devorados pelos pernilongos. Cama com colchão um pouco cansado.

Location fairly close to the airport and hotel provided airport shuttle.

Old dated hotel and room. Shower used plastic shower curtains which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. No complimentary bottled water and extremely high prices for any bar items including water. Very expensive hotel which should cost 50 Euro a day for what you get.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time and the serving hours for breakfast catered well to people who like to sleep in a little. The staff were very helpful and responsive to guest needs.

Despite the fact that I had announced my arrival by ebooking messaging and that I had called directly the reception, I had to stay 1 hour and 25 minutes outside the airport to wait for the transport which did not come before 1h25 minutes later !!! I called the reception 3 times. I had two different young men on the phone but neither of them wanted to tell me when the transportation to the hotel would arrive. They told me that every 30 minutes there would be a hotel van passing by... The young men on the phone knew that I was in terminal 1, with my dog and my luggage. It is dangerous, unpleasant and extremely complicated to stay almost 1 hour and a half with a dog, standing next to my luggage outside the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the young woman at the reception desk was resistant when I asked them for an internal form to write my complaints. Not once did she want to know why, and each time she tried to evade the question. Pathetic.

The pool, the restaurant, the bar, great hotel for a layover with extra fun for the kids, the pool area is excellent, also the breakfast buffet delicious
