nothing, absolutely nothing!!!

was an absolutely horrible stay. i checked in, went to my room and instantly a very bad smell hit my senses, a smell of cheap chemicals combined with mould and humidity. the moment I entered, i noticed one of the lamps above the bad was hanging. I reported to the reception, nothing has been done in 2 weeks. went to shower, one of the glass doors was damaged and half fallen- I reported to reception- nothing has been done in 2 weeks. i decided to shower without closing the doors, so don’t risk to fall completely and cut my body. 3 of the lightening lamps didn’t had bulbs in it, so they did not work to generate more light in the room. the AC didn’t work. the internet, wifi didn’t work, so I had to use my mobile data the whole holiday. the first night, I turned on the light and seen 3 bugs/ kitchens cockroaches running all over the bathroom door. I opened the door, more of them were running on the mirror, sink and walls due to the contact with the lights. since than, every single day and night I’ve seen cockroaches all over the room or bathroom: walls, floor, sink, mirror….a completely nightmare!!! being a single traveller, one of the receptionist started to have inappropriate behaviour and comments towards me from the first night being in this hotel. he said he fallen in love and since I checked in, every single evening ( he was working only during the night shifts) he had inappropriate comments towards me. I felt embarrassed, sometimes scared and always tried to avoid him and go straight away in my room to don’t have any contact with him. to don’t mention the noise every single day. I requested from housekeeping team to don’t knock on my door before 11-12 as I am on holiday and want to rest. not even one day of my stay they respected this. they knocked on the door every day from 9 am…you could’ve hear everything from the room: all their conversations, knocks on the other doors, baskets and chemical’s products being thrown on the floor.

Location wise it is a positive. Near to Plaza and shopping place. Also a positive that it had its own parking place.

The door key is either working either not. Let’s say it was clean, however, after a while you start observing that there are roaches in the room. In the bathroom after using the shower, the water starts flooding the space.

Convenient stay for one night, the price is ok for what you receive

there was a specific smell in our room, the air conditioner is very old. Very poor wifi in the room.

Close to public transport

we paid for the king bed, but received double bed without any explanation. Breakfast was really awful - just few pieces of something and it all packed in a plastic bag. And we waited for approximately 30 minutes.
