Noisy rooms and pillow was insubstantial

Good location, very clean, wide range of breakfast items and good breakfast times, quiet location, good to have a restaurant on site, amenable to late check in.

The pillows were unfortunately very lumpy and too soft for us.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

I was not inside the hotel, but in a house 50 m far in the same street. This was not a big problem even if to get to breakfast (or restaurant) you have to walk in the street (unfortunately rained) and there is not a real reception where you can stay/pass some time.

Very comfortable room, very quite and reasonably furnished. Very good staff, room always clean and tidy when I returned in the evening. Great breakfast selection, including very good coffee selection. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and even though they have a large and excellent Greek restaurant on the main floor, there was never and disturbance upstairs from it. The hotel is at some distance from the city centre (about a 30 minute walk), but is very well connected to the city centre by frequent, convenient bus service.

The bathroom was always clean and functional. However, the shower head refused to switch between the overhead rain shower and the hand-held shower, and the temperature control shifted from too cold to too hot too easily. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is in a quiet part of the city but quite close to the city center (10 minutes by bus or around 15-20 minutes on foot). The restaurant is clean and has a nice covered terrace. The free wifi connection was good and it allowed me to work from the hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke english. The hotel was really quiet almost all the time and I really enjoyed that.

I booked a single room and got a double one instead. I would have prefered a smaller bed and more free space in the room, because the room was very small and the double bed took up a lot of space. I had some problems with the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There was some brown dirt on the light switch and in the shower, and the whole bathroom smelled really bad. I could barely sleep the first night because of the smell, but after sleeping with the windows open it eventually went away. Apart from this, the room was ok, and the restaurant was clean. The breakfast didn't have many options, especially if one didn't want to eat meat.
