Private parking at the hotel, shower has great water pressure, beds were good, staff was friendly and helpful, short walk to the old town (about 10 minutes).

The breakfast can have more fruits there only was watermelon, the coffee was not that great

Staff were great. Very helpful for all needs. Location is fantastic for tourism. Antalya can get hot so you want a place close to places of interest and good service. Breakfast was good as were all basic facilities.

Only problem was walls are a bit thin so can occasionally hear neighbours. Very minor issue though. Still well worth the price.

Staff is great - when we arrived the room was ready, we were warmly welcomed from outside the hotel when we just arrived by taxi, our luggage was brought inside by the staff member, and also after checking in, to the room; location is good - easy to reach any place on foot 5-10 minutes walking; cleanliness - this means a lot to me, the room was very clean and spacious; breakfast - very delicious, a lot of food, very welcoming staff. We were lucky to get a bonus to be offered to see the old town by one fo the staff at the reception. Thank you, Bulent, we appreciate it much, the old town is really beautiful!

The rooms were spacious and clean and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice and most of the markets are close to the hotel.

The AC of one of the rooms was not working. We had to call reception after every few hours to turn on the AC.

Friendly staff and location

The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and as advertised. The staff were great and assisted us with all our requirements. The location is great, close to the shopping malls, marina and restaurants.

The hotel needs some maintenance, our walls were very dirty, things were breaking. There are no tea and coffee amenities in the room, so you have to go downstairs to reception for hot water or coffee.

clean good location asked the staff to decorate the room as it was our wedding anniversary and they went and beyond our expectations the room had flower petals on the bed and the floor and the bed had two towel ducks with flowers and candle decorations it was perfect

Excellent location and staff were helpful. Well kept rooms and view from terrace is spectacular.s Special mention for the kitchen staff in particular the lady whose name I have forgotten who I think is a supervisor was very accommodating in letting me use the kitchen facilities to sterilise my daughters bottles. Literally minutes from the old town and I won't hesitate in making a a future booking

location was half decent but in the middle of a random alleyway still. some of the staff were decent too. aside from that nothing.

So many things are wrong with this hotel. We were asked to pay for an omelette with a room that had breakfast included.!! The rooms were total rubbish water was leaking out of the shower glass had to keep wasting towels to clean the floor, the bidet was broken, the room had no natural light it was like being in a cave and the rooms had very basic facilities. We asked for a refund as we had paid a lot more via booking.com compared to the original website and were not satisfied with the room due to the broken facilities and we were told the boss was in Netherlands whereas the boss in fact has his photo structured as a Buddha on the main wall behind reception and was there the whole time (normally at reception) - so the other staff including the boss himself lied to our face just because they didn’t want to give a refund. Some of the younger staff did try to assist and they did offer a new room but this was half way into our stay and when we had gone for a tour, expecting us to come back randomly to move our luggage which was not practical and not worth it. This hotel and its policies are a reflection of the owner who is probably not well experienced in running hotels so does not really care about customer retention, referrals or satisfaction. Also just for information the hotel is mainly full of Russian and Ukraine residents. The hotel photos on booking.com DO NOT match what the hotel looks like in real life also. Would not recommend you can find something at a much better price near the beach or inner bazar areas. Find something else you’re likely to be disappointed and disheartened here. Never book again.
