Solid location, solid bad.

This is worst room i have ever been in to , also too expensive. It should be around 30-40 euros max.

This place is disgusting! Not recommend even for a one night. Not at all what it looks like in the pictures. At the bathroom there is mold at walls, the whole bathroom smells disgusting. Also when we came, the room smelld of cigarettes, even when it was supposed to be smoking free. In the bed there was black hairs.. pillow and the blanket are disgusting and so old that the pillow is useless. We wanted a kitchen, but all the plates and dishes are so dirty that we can not use those. There is no detergent or washing tools for dishes. Also you hear everything from the other rooms, so you can’t sleep well. Best finish to our trip was when the cleaning lady came in to our room over an hour before our chekout-time when we were still sleeping…..

Shower was good. Large comfy bed.

Very basic. No hand soap. Duvet too small for bed. Dirty looking glasses. Bath towels looked stained/dirty. No plug sockets near bed.

We were absolutely disappointed with the accomodation as the pictures on the website looked NOTHING like the room we were given. The bed head and chairs looked as it was eaten by insects/rodents. Their were stains on the sheets and walls. We were absolutely disappointed that we booked at another place after checking this place out. Motel One is down the road and is much more price friendly than this; offering better facilities etc. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

functional kitchen, good bed, well equipped bathroom, light apartment, wardrobes enough, good location very near the centre, quiet place.

The whole apartment smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, although we aired the room and bathroom during the day. It did not disappear during our 7-days stay. The floor could have been cleaner.

Location was ok, though no nearby coffee shops (just some bars) for breakfast.

Generally in very tired condition, pictures damaged and missing from walls which were covered in dirty marks. No info or instruction pack to help with getting onto Wifi or how to even close the shutters (note external shutters, no internal standard curtain). Bed and pillows not comfortable. Only once plug socket in the whole room. Wifi was painful to get setup due to overly complex login system which was full of bugs.

This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was not clean, everywhere was run down and dirty, we only had a single quilt for a double bed. Only one roll of toilet paper. And it looked nothing like the pictures which make it look good

I contacted reception and booking.com several times and was promised that the cleaners would come but nothing happened. Very frustrating. Absolutely no customer service

the location was spot on. walking distance to city and great transport links.

There is 1 plug socket!! 1 plug and that’s attached to a light switch. No sockets in kitchen despite there being a kettle. the bedside table lamp has extra long lead on to reach the socket, crazy given most people would need to charge phones etc. bed was comfy but pillows disappointing and duvet not big enough for the bed. walls thin so you can hear neighbours so bring earplugs! it really does need an update. bathroom was ok though!

The location is really good, the neighbourhood is nice and peaceful. The bed is comfortable and has enough kitchen supplies.

Location was good, access to transport links. Room was very clean.

Room 14: Pillows felt old, were very lumpy and need replacing. Bed memory foam felt like it was patching over a problem in that the bed also needs replacing. Room decor in general felt dated and needs to be modernised, it felt cold and uninviting. Facilities were acceptable but fan didn't work and there was little airflow in the room, especially in the bathroom. Sound wise, outside is quite loud at all hours, especially with window open for airflow on hot nights, and thin walls to neighbouring apartments also mean you can hear others easily.

Great location. Room was fine and checkin process easy.

There is no fan or ac. With the heat, the room felt very suffocating. Pillows were falling apart and mattress not very comfy

Bed was comfortable; Location is perfect when using public transport; Budget pricing compared to Swiss' pricing;

No room darkening; There is no airco, nor any blowers: not very pleasant when it's 25-30 degrees; Room was supposed to be smoke free, but it smelled terribly of smoke; host was unable to solve the problem; Images do not reflect the room in reality; Pillow is thin as a feather (not decent); Fresh paint would feel so much better;
