Cleanliness and friendly staff

Too far away from the main city. Restaurants closes too early at 9pm. There is nothing much to do around the hotel area. Restaurants prices were too expensive and the quality of the food is not worth the amount paid.

Staff was lovely! so kind and polite. Very clean and everything is of quality. its a CU store downstairs wich is really becouse the hotel is placed a bit far away from everything.

some things were expensive, just to be expensive. one latte was 10/11 euro, wich is unneccessary expensive, Even for this place.

The check in process was efficient and the hotel staff were pleasant.

Lack of electric socket points.

The room was really outdated and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel

cleaness and room design

almost missed flight out due to inability to get a taxi at the hotel. valet people refused to call any taxis and told us to just wait (hope) for a taxi to turn up. eventually one turned up to drop someone up 20 mins later by which time it was getting very late. complained to management who also didn't seem very helpful. The hotel location is quite isolated and surprised by their system and attitude. very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. also, unrelated, the cost of laundry was ridiculous, seemed like a rip-off!
