The hotel is near the Arcadia district. The room was very big and comfortable. Had it's own balcony. The breakfast were served at a nearby restaurant and were much better than the continental breakfast.

The place is hard to find, you have to access it through the parking lot.

- The room was amazing! So spacious and with a great view. Comfortable bed. Smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix or Youtube Music account. Bathroom was beautiful, spacious as well, and very well-lit. Perfect cleanliness. - The receptionist was welcoming and helped me with everything I needed. - Next to the reception there is a small kitchen where free coffee and some cold drinks (paid) are available. - Location absolutely perfect - short walk to the beach, short tram ride to the center. There is quite a big supermarket on the groundfloor of the building and there is also a shopping center nearby. As a guest here you also get a discount for a restaurant with delicious food and nice environment, which is right in front of the building.

The location was good. the staff could not do enough to help you. There were a couple of things the staff went the extra mile to help. Anna thank you for everything.

The location of the apartment was perfect - close to the beach, at the same time quiet. The room itself - very spacious and comfy, huge bed, lots of space, 10 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, the staff 0 very helpful. Next time I'm in Odessa - will definitely book a room there.

The reception staff are very friendly. They even helped me out to find a pair of shoes to match the dresscode at entertainment venue Ibiza. Very helpful and kind!

The way to reception desk from the street is long and has lots of obstacles. You need to follow signs which are ambiguous sometimes, and due to building security system you cannot reach the 5th floor yourself. You need to wait for someone with a locker key. I couldn't leave the place after checkout myself either. Please improve the way it people reach to your place.

First of all we're from UA and not me, nor my family have ever seen such a great, comfortable, clean and quite hotel before. Room is large enough, balcony is a perfect place for having a late tea or what you prefere. All the stuff in the room and bath (hair drier, glases for toothbrushes etc) is not just of a good quality but also placed exactly where I expected it to be. Cleaning is just perfect. We've been in the room facing inner court and it was very quiet - best ever after the intensive day in Odesa. Personnel is super-great: very friendly, kind and helped us in several questions we had.

Would like to have a tea set in the room instead of common dining room.

The location is very good, it wasn’t our first visit so we knew what we were looking for in terms of location. Breakfast was ordinary, the size of portion for 3 women was okay, but I strongly doubt that can be enough for a man. We were upgraded by Booking & Hotel to 2-rooms apartment which was a very nice surprise. Air conditioners were working well so we could keep them over the night.

You should pay much more attention on quality of pillows... they were so high & hard that gave you a feeling it was a sack of potatoes under your head. One more disadvantage of that apartment was an extractor fan in a bathroom. It is supposed to carry the moisture elsewhere as window doesn’t open but it is either broken or was installed not properly as it doesn’t function; so, there is simply nothing to breath after you took a shower. Be aware that windows are decorative, so you won’t be able to enjoy a fresh air during the night which is nice to have when it’s not that hot outside l anymore. Last but not least, there is not enough natural light in the apartment. The apartment location offers you 2 small windows in one room and a door to the “terrace” in the other. To all of us it was very unusual to use electricity at sunny days we had but otherwise you would be like a sleeping mole ... to dark. The apartment had no soundproof isolation from other building inhabitants.

Great apartments in good location. It is big amount of space, huge and comfort double bed, all needed facilities are present (hair dryer, iron, fridge, air conditioner). Everything is clean, towels and bedclothes has been replaced every day. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. We were allowed to check in 2 hours before official check-in. In general it is very good impression after this stay.

A little bit tricky to find the entrance for a first time (it is needed to go through underground parking). The only disadvantage in the apartments is extremely low pressure of water in the shower.
