És un hotel sense recepció, et deixen les claus en un petit cofre que hi ha al costat de la porta d’entrada. L’hotel, pel preu que té, està molt bé per passar-hi una nit.

Marco the host is amazing! He helped me with all I needed including weird and non-standard requests, was eager to talk, empathetic and a nice human. The Fuencaliente village is peaceful, charming, great for outdoor and nature lovers and has a strategic location close to many scenic hikes and trail runs, and also close to the bus stop with direct buses to Llanos, Santa Cruz or the lighthouse. The nature is diverse - with volcanic landscape to the South and a forest with huge pine trees to the North. There are 2 big supermarkets, a bakery and several wineries nearby. The house is beautiful and has nice facilities - spacious sunny terraces, a courtyard with huge tropical plants and orchids, free loundry, recycling facilities and a common area. My room had a cute a well-equipped hole-in-the-wall kitchenette, the mattress and the shower in the private bathroom were good. There was a bathtub which served well after a hike/run. The desk and chair were comfortable enough for a week of remote work. There are cute cats! The terrace is great for stargazing, sunbathing and doing yoga. The guesthouse has nice vintage vibe. The value for money is good.

Some smaller items need renovation - e.g., the hanger for shower curtain or the tiles on the bathtub. The WI-FI router is close to the room, but sometimes the signal is weak and you need to go to the corridor to make a video call, and it's very weak on the terrace. No wine glasses. The conditions are good for the money but still basic, don't expect luxury. The sea is not easily accessible by public transportation, the buses are not frequent.

Really convenient and with amplious common places, a big kitchen and living room. The location is also really good, I would definitely recommend it.

Clean and affordable

Perhaps a bit quiet area.

Good location near bus stop, shops, hiking trails and bars. Well equipped room (heater, TV, big closet, desk) and kitchen, spacious common area, nice roof terrace. Very quiet.

The matress was really worn out. Would be nice to replace it soon.
