The property is located in a relative quiet location and it is easy to locate, not far from the main road. The property is relatively new and looks attractive from outside. There is security fencing around the perimeter of the property for security purposes.

We paid for breakfast, but the breakfast was poor-fried eggs burnt, baked beans directly a tin, over-toasted bread, it was disgusting. Never pay for breakfast at this guest house, better go to the nearest supermarket, you will get value for your money rest assured. The size of the room they call 'executive room' is not executive, its small and not worth the price, meaning my daughter's bed was squizzed next ours, the aircon wasn't working and the ceiling was in dire need of painting. The water pressure is not good in the morning, so if you decide to stay at the property, you might choose to take an early bath before everyone else. Do remember to check that linen has been replaced in your room, a couple of times we had to request linen to be changed in the room. Despite having a small kitchen like room, there is no sink or water basin in the small room, if you want water to drink, you can only get it from the toilet or you have to got down to the ground floor.

The guesthouse is in a strategic location close to malls, CBD, and other places you might want to go. It also has very clean amenities and comfortable beds. Staff are also very helpful.
