Very good location. Good kitchen, nice staff. Very organized !
Didn’t find the controller for the AC and it was a bit warm. Showers just in the first floor and I was in the third floor.

Well air conditioned especially for the hot summers in Menorca in August. Communication between staff and the owners managing the hostel have been nothing short of great. The hostel has been run really well

Location was great with walking distance to ciutadella and the bus stops, and friendly staff for sure (Alice). Rooms and common areas were clean, there is an elevator which is nice. Super chilled, not a party hostel for sure.
Even though there was AC in the rooms we couldnt control the temperature ourselves, everyone in the room was super hot, it was not at an ok temperature. I called the reception and it was still hot afterwards, i had to take the fan of the reception to bring to the room to make it better. Honestly for a hostel who doesnt offer much else (activities, breakfast, etc) and costs a lot in high season, the least is that you can sleep with comfort.

It was very well located and had a beautiful. But overall a very safe and great stay!
The beds and floors were clean at first but then got kinda dirty towards the end of the weekend.

I loved the place, especially the kitchen which was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious, a great communal area where every guest created holiday buddies.
The showers were hot and powerful.
The lady on reception greeted guests with a warm smile and was very helpful.
Although there was a mop in the shower room, it would take a lot if effort to dry the floor. A squeegee would be much more efficient.
Although a washing line was provided, it would have been nice to find a strong sink for washing your clothes.

Irene, the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. She made me feel at home and comfortable.

The shared areas were great, very organized and clean hostel overall.
The ac from my room was not working which was quite bad since it was so warm during summer.

The location was very good. 5 mins away walking from the main attractions
The room was very dirty. Dust and hair everywhere on the floor and bathroom.
There was a storm during our last night and the room got flooded. There was no night staff team so we didn't know who to contact for help.

Nothing fancy but located close to the centre and bus stops. Have decent shower rooms and the kitchen was massive with a nice social vibe. The receptionist was very helpful.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walking from historic town. Very quiet at night. Clean, excellent kitchen/common room facilities. Pleasant, helpful staff. Helpful letter (in English) provided at check-in with all relevant codes and hostel information.
Bunk bed was very loose/wobbly.
Staff only on-site during day.

While I stayed there, most guests were young women about my age. So I absolutely recommend this place for solo female travelers.
The Place was really organized and chill at the same time (so Catalonia, am I right? :D).
The dining room is spacious and clean and you have personalized storage units. The building is old and cute and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Everything is close enough to walk, bus stops, port, and supermarkets.
Everything was nice, Menorca's hotels and hostels in high season are a bit expensive in general, but this one was quite ok.

Green bed cover is never clean. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and both times the sheets were dirty. seems like they just change the white sheet.
