I liked the location of this property, there are plenty of places around, with a great variety of restaurants, also the washer and dryer were available. The day we arrived, the bathroom light wasn't working, the next morning we called them and they fixed the problem right away.

I didn't like that the bathroom was not in the room , we had to share it with lots of people. I didn't like it specially because we were never informed of that. Definitely not a five star place like it was advertise and truly felt misled. The bed was a full size and my husband and I are tall people so we were quite uncomfortable.

Great location near Islington Buisness. Paid £97 per night, which is fair for a London 1 bed studio.

Room 1 is downstairs and noisy due to people above and from outside road. Curtain pole bust by a previous guest, so I used pillows to block gaps in curtains. Separate bathroom and keypad door made it feel like a hostel, no home touches or anyone to greet you.

I booked this hotel for my Dad and we found it easy to check in and the room was great value for money and as described. We were looking for good quality, basic and low fuss accommodation and this is just that. Also in a absolutely perfect location!

Gorgeous and spacious room, late check in available until midnight, location was lovely, bed was comfy, value for money was superb and it was a very peaceful night with no noise. Couldn't recommend more!

The location was great, there was two underground stations at a close distance by foot. The area was nice, there were many restaurants and pubs. The room was nice as well.

Great location, just what you need for a chill at the start and end of the day and then night out in London. Facilities great, clean, considered. Would definitely recommend.

Location is superb. Just off the High Street. With cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep. Angel tube stop a 5 min walk. Comfortable cosy room. Bed very comfy.

No bulbs on the bedside lamps. Having to give photo of driving licence before check in... Is this regular practice?

The location is great.

I couldn’t tell you because even though I paid they wouldn’t give me the code to access the property. They sent me a link to make a £100 payment which I didn’t trust as it was outside of Booking. I use Booking so I don’t have to deal with property managers or owners. I didn’t see the small print about deposit. It’s there but it isn’t clear at all. Should be in bold letters and someone near the top of the page.

Location and cleanliness were good

The TV didn't work, I spent evening with no TV or radio and curtains didn't open close properly, also didn't see any staff and the 1 lady who was there didn't speak English and could help

The room was lovely

we were upgraded. Instead of a shared bathroom and a bedroom we had a flat. it was clean, huge, confortable and safe.

The day of arrival, i received a message where I needed to pay a refundable deposit. I had no idea because it is not highlighted. a bit scary, but i got it back so good.

The location is great, we booked the terrace room and I found it a very good balance between a shared apartment and some privacy, the terrace was great!!! The place was exactly the same of the pictures. The owner has been very kind answering at any questions at anytime! I would recommend it

The check-in is done remotely with different codes, I have personally found it a bit complicated.

Great location, cheap for London. Really basic but for one nights sleep it was fine! If you're travelling on a budget its great.

Location was the only redeeming quality about this supposed "hotel"

The fact that on the website it did not advertise that there is no toilet connected to the room. Rather a shared bathroom downstairs I feel is duping people into this accomodation. Especially as this was booked for a birthday celebration, it was an unwelcomed surprise to realise there was no adjacent bathroom. This was quite a disappointment. Also, the "terrace" has brick work all over the floor and ladders, indicating that building work was ongoing. There was also painiting and decorating ongoing in the property at time if staying, making it smell of paint which is delightful. The bed had a huge dip in the middle. It was obviously well used. The condition of the furniture was quite frankly poor. From a safety perspective, the smoke alarm was not attached to the houses, rather, it was placed in the cupboard. An obvious place to be an effective fire detection system...this quite frankly is irresponsible, putting guest and needles risk. Secondly, for £134 a night, I think as a customer I deserve to be better treated. Over all, to spend £134 on a single night, with no bathroom, smoke detector, building works ongoing and cheap furniture does not lead my to think it is value for money at all. Very disappointing.

Good location

30 mins before my arrival time I was informed that I could not stay here due to maintenance problems - I am disabled and was moved further from where I needed to be in London. I’ve stayed in £20 hostels that were better and this was supposedly an ‘upgrade’. Not to mention how horribly unsafe I felt because of the coded entry - the door to the apartment was wide open when I arrived and the then I also repeatedly found the front door to the building open too. Also the tv was in a really strange place.

Room was exactly as advertised and good space. Bed was comfortable and TV had Netflix. Everything worked well and the house was quiet and cleaned every day.

Internet could have been faster and was a bot slwo at times. Heating was OK, but got an additional small heater with extension cord, which was standing in the kitchen area and as such could heat up the room whenever a bit cold (it was super cold outside as London was at 2-4 degrees during the day at the time of my stay). I had a great stay and sutited my overall needs.
