the staff need a basic understanding of English to cater to international guests

Good location, ok rooms , quiet.

Old glory atmosphere, pool a bit dirty upon arrival. Not much interaction with staff. A bit of a deserted feel.

Spacious room and great pool and garden.

Internet connexion in our room was not good. We did not find the staff very friendly. Even though we cannot speak Spanish and they may not speak English. A friendly smile can help. We felt that we were not entirely welcome. We found the hotel quite expensive for what it was.

The pool! The staff were sweet, and gave me access to my room straight off the night bus, literally opposite the ado bus station and close to town, the whole place was very clean.

I liked everything. I cant comment on how the restaurant was as i didnt eat there.

Hotel was directly opposite the main bus terminal which was an added bonus. The pool area was fantastic - a real tranquil area for relaxation. Centrally located, restaurants and market was within walking distance.

Great location next to the bus station, and it has a large free car park if you’re driving. The hotel is nice, a little dated, but clean. The outside pool area is lovely however no one around if you want to order food or drinks so take your own. Good location for walking into the town down the Main Street, and close to the minivans if you want to explore any of the local sites. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed.

There are no elevators inside so if you’re not good with stairs request a ground floor room in advance. This didn’t bother me but might others.

better then to stay in the jungle!

Decor of room, seemed basic. But was good for our one night stay.

Location. In a nice street with restaurant and more hotels.

It’s quite old. The restaurant is close during the week ends. The pool had a lot t hair balls, not clean and inside the room we found a pair of socks that weren’t ours.

Lovely garden and well kept grounds, large pool. Good location. This hotel would have been okay on its own but we moved to a near by one that cost about 15% more but much much nicer.

Indifferent staff, room deco bare and a bit tired. No pool towel provided.

The hotel is very central and easy to reach. Staff was very helpful and helped us get our luggage up the stairs. When we asked for drinks by the pool they immediately sent someone to take our order because the pool bar was closed. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is a little older which you can tell, the breakfast area definitely needs an upgrade. It’s also weird how you need to choose between juice or fruit, to me these aren’t equal and you should just offer both.

Upon arrival the receptionist was really cold, didn't give any info about facilities, breakfast timing etc. asking for payment only and handing the key of the room. The bar closes at 10pm, as we arrived later we were told to go to the supermarket. I am quite disappointed the hotel doesn't provide any refreshments late in the evening. The cleaner, every morning from 7.30am was playing loud music from her phone while cleaning the rooms, waking up us and making it impossible to sleep. For breakfast we were charged for orange juice, so if you don't drink tea or coffee, you'll be charge for that.
