Nice pool with enough chairs

Lovely staff, aircon was great and the room was clean!

Pool was a little unclean, though I think that was more do to with the number of bugs in palenque!

The room was excellent , clean, hot water , A/C worked great. Staff were professional and courteous. The location was a mere 200 yards from the bus station. No complaints

I won’t recommend staying here, the staff wasn’t friendly at all and you can find cheaper hotels (but with the same services) just nearby that aren’t on Booking.

Huge room, balcony and hot shower. The location is great, 5 min walk from the ADO bus station. In a very nice leafy area with small coffee shops, plenty of restaurants and not too much noise.

It's an old hotel and it would really need a bit of a remodeling. I didn't like that you had to go all the way to the restaurant to ask for refill of water, there could be a garrafón at the reception. The AC doesn't do heating, so when it rains (and chances are it will!) everything gets so damp and nothing dries. Dark room.

Nice location amidst a kind of jungle, and the pool (could use in the evening before my night bus). Also close to some restaurants with vegetarian choices, and 5 min walk to the ADO bus station. Friendly staff at reception always ready to answer my questions. Rooms big and clean enough.

The pool! The service! Everything you could need is here. I stayed at Kin Balam and paid about the same price, did not have nearly the amount of amenities and comfort, also Maya Tulipanes arranged with Kin Balam to bring my IDthey forgot to return to me (for a key and air conditioning remote). Long story short, the staff are accommodating, so sweet, most also speak English. The restaurant was yummy! I enjoyed eating in my room while watching Netflix on their new TVs. At night you can hear the pool’s waterfall and it’s peaceful. I was able to walk to the ADO bus stop with tons of luggage, with ease, super close. The hotel practices COVID safety.The hotel is very open and breezy so nice! The neighborhood is great too. Would stay here again for sure!!!!

Sadly the Karaoke bar was closed. But that’s all! everything was perfect!

Great Hotel with a nice Pool. Friendly stuff. Near to the bus terminal/collectivo stop to the Ruins. We could do a early Check in at 8 am after our night bus journey... For free... Was great.

It was a nice property. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The restaurant skipped over us, serving two other groups that arrived after us before delivering our coffee or orange juice, which was a little aggravating. After I mentioned it, they corrected and we didn’t have any other problems. We enjoyed two excellent massages. The pool is nice- due to the dark, wooden deck, keep your sandals close or you’ll burn your feet. Nicely located to the bus depot, restaurants and easy transportation to the ruins. We would stay here again.

Great service, staff, clean pool, bed was of my type, reliable a/c. I didn't get the chance to eat in but did have coffee and toast. In that part, great service and hot coffee.

At night, water pressure during shower was an issue. No cold water and hot side was cool and eventually it got HOT! But, no cold water then 😁😁😁 oh! Two more things. Going to second floor through the stairs, one step is pretty high. Coming down, it can be a surprise. Second, small parking lot.

There was a very very very loud buzzing noise appearing every few minutes after around 3 am in the morning and till we checked out. I could not sleep at all...I think the noise came from a conditioning equipment from the street. Just in case don’t live in room 117 or close to it , if you want to sleep well.

The staff was extremely friendly and all facilities were clean. The location is impeccable and the value for money pretty good.

Nothing to complain about.
