A wonderful hotel with a very nice beach. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is clean and has an amazing view of the bay. There is a large, convenient parking lot. The staff is polite and kind. They have a great spa with excellent massages.

The hotel is located just next to the windsurfing clubs and spots. So if you come for watersports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing this is the ideal location. The hotel has an access to the sea from the beach and from the pierces. The hotel has parking lots for the guests, I did not experience any problems with finding the spare parking lot. There is a swimming pool, good SPA and a gym. The interior of the hotel is modern and has lot of designers furniture and accessories. There are lot's of sofas and armchairs in the lobby area where you can enjoy your drinks from the bar. The room interior is also very modern with plenty of the space for storing the clothes and personal belongings. There was always plenty of water in the room. Every day the stock was fulfilled by personnel. During my stay I also got a compliment from the hotel - a plate with the fruits. The room is equipped with TV, minibar, safety deposit box, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The room was clean. There is a breakfast buffet in the hotel. There is a big variety of the food and pastry. The hotel personnel is very friendly and ready to help. I would like to express special thanks to Ada from reception and doctor Sibel who helped me with all the arrangements and further follow up with different COVID tests to enable my further travel.

The only one thing which concerned me during the stay is the loud music at evening time till the late night so I had to use the earplugs to sleep. The source of the music is from nearby cafes and clubs and unfortunately the hotel does not have any influence on it.

The setup is functional, the rooms are clean and it is a nice and modern hotel overall. The breakfast is great and the beach is lovely.

The pool is quite shallow which is not a big deal. The gym is shocking and there are a few management improvements that can be made however the staff is overall very positive.

Staff were amazing from valet, concierge, kitchen, room service, everyone was exceptional. Rooms were lovely. Everyone was helpful and approachable.

I feel the kids areas need some investment. The kids club wasn't somewhere I can leave my kids for a couple of hours and the kids pool/playground was a little underwhelming.

This property has all you need. A pool, and beach with a DJ during the day until 7pm. The beach is clean and has many water sport activities. Rooms are clean and spacious. Alacati is less than a 10 min drive

Loved everything about this hotel.

Location of the hotel is good as it is close both to beach clubs and city center. Lobby lounge of the hotel is also pleasant to spend time with friends.

The beach is not clean and is very crowded (especially in the weekends). Bathrooms in the rooms definitely need refreshing maintenance works as they are already crumbling (this was the case both in our room and in our friends' rooms). Breakfasts were not good.

Amazing design hotel, right on the sea. It provides excellent care for children, with a mini club and a dedicated pool. The staff is friendly and professional. We also appreciated the quality of the kitchen.

Despite the overwhelmingly positive rating, the ensuite bathroom doesn’t meet the expectations. They should also care more about the cleanliness of their share of beach, for it was good but not always impeccable.

Hotel could arrange daily shows for its customers to make their stay more entertaining.
