The live singing program and the staff was helpful. Food was decent and rooms were super clean.

There was no central heating in bedroom instead blowers were provided which in the cold weather didn't do the job. The kids playground had algae all over it and the slides were rusty as well. The spa didn't had any staff to attend or cater to.

The food was great. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Overall a pleasant experience.

More toiletries could have been provided like hair conditioner and lotion.

the staff is unprofessional & all the time they are using high music till 10pm i was waiting for someone to take my bags for 15min finally i took myself AC was not working for 3 hours around 1st floor room was extra hot on 22 april from wall water was coming all night water was on floor i was with my foreigner friend he was not comfortable with all this they made us wait to do all long lengthy paper work for 20-30mins n last but not least I forgot my cloths in hotel by mistake as i was very tired n not comfortable stay also then i call to the property n said them to send me my cloths by courier & in this i paid the courier cost to Mr.Gaurav he send me stupid trouser
