I been traveling the world never saw a place to make me feel home like this... The amazing staff all of them.... Especially MJ... Really thanks from heart for every small detail

All is amazing

Very nice hotel to spend some days in El Nido ! Swimming pool is big and gym is well equipped. But the best part is the staff who were very professional and welcoming with us, always available to answer our tourist questions and our accommodation needs. I recommend !

Internet only works in the lobby

The staff specially ms Jen was very helpful and accommodating. She arraigned out tour for 2 days.

Internet / wifi is only available in the lobby and slow

One or two members of the hotel actually were able to help and provide service. Some mornings we also had internet if we stayed at the right spot at the right time. Not too far from the beach.

Personnel was too noisy every single morning. 7 or max 9am and you will have to wake up. Communication was hard in many cases, although many basic commodities had to be asked for. There was no beer opener in the hotel, neither in the bar, nor the restaurant or the reception.

The hotel staff were helpful, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Ac works.

Breakfast is awful -how can a hotel stuff this up? The only good thing about the breakfast is the coffee even though it’s a instant coffee!! Hotel and rooms are worn down and lacking maintenance. Bathroom drain doesn’t work and water flows over. The sink to was hands is in the room and not in bathroom -doesn’t seams sanitary! We only eat dinner ones, and it wasn't good at all.
