Location is very convenient.Staff are courteous and offer excellent service. Restaurant and food is great.

Very noisy due to the maintenance works going on in the next rooms. The interious are very old and the cabinets are worn. Access to the balcony and the windows are permanently locked. Balcony handrails are rusted. Floor tiles are having scratches due to long use. Bathroom smells bad. May consider room freshner in the toilets. Toilet flush was not functioning properly, though the maintenance team corrected it during our stay. When the switch is on for the bathroom lights and exhaust, a light in the room is also on at the same time. This is very inconvenient for the others at night, as it disturbs their sleep.(Room no 310)

Charging extra for room service. Restaurent needs more staff to attend guests. Water, tea/coffee had to be ordered. Not readily available during breakfast

The bar seems to be temporarily closed...

The mattress was very bad with almost all the springs fully damaged. The cot was of old and bad so that when we even sit, it is tilting and afraid of break. The bathroom tiles broken. Exhaust fan didn't work.
