Everything was perfect

Cancun Amara condo was amazing, the view was incredible, the whole condo was well equipped, the pool and beach were literally at the front of the main buildings.

I suggest that a representative is on location to greet guests to avoid any confusion especially as we did not speak Spanish. I suggest the owners supply an INFORMATION FOLDER so that guests have all the necessary information at hand.

Everything was great! The condo was comfortable, it has everything you need and the view is unbeatable.

Air conditioner units need a little maintenance and there’s a slight ant problem.

The location of the apartment was excellent with amazing views of the ocean. Also very convenient for anyone wanting to go to Isle Mujeres as the ferry station is a 10 min walk. Take note that the apartment is not in the hotel zone, it’s a good 30 min away from it. U have a great view of the hotel zone from the balcony. The apartment is quite spacious, it’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment and on the 5th floor of the building which gives u a sense of safety. The apartment building has a very well kept garden and a beautiful large pool. The security is tight at the gates but I never felt hindered.

Far from the hotel zone. Lots of mosquitoes outside the apartment building. The main bathroom potty flush mechanism wasn’t working well and water started leaking out, so had to stop using that bathroom. The utensils in the kitchen are very outdated and need replacement. The drinking water wasn’t changed and we had to rely on bottled water. The balcony door lock mechanism was broken but did not cause much hinderance as the apartment was on 5th floor. With some updates this property is really great.
