Kamer zeer ruim met een keuken. De ligging was prima. Aan de overkant van den straat kochten we voor 48-72 uur een OV kaartje en praktisch voor de deur stop de tram die je in enkele minuten naar het centrum brengt.

Dies ist ein Apartment-Hotel, riesigen Zimmern und mit komplett ausgestattete Küche und Kühlschrank, so dass man sich das Frühstück selbst machen konnte; gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Billa und Spar für den Einkauf. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof gehabt, perfekte Tage hier verbracht und zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Parken am Wochenende ist in Wien Sa-So frei - wir wurden von Hotel daraufhin informiert, super. Mit der Tram vor dem Haus ist man nach 4 Stationen zentral an der Oper und in Fußentfernung zum Stefansdom.

Parkgarage kostet 21 Euro pro Nacht, daher das Auto ca. 800m weg auf einem Tagesstellplatz für 7 Euro am Tag abgestellt. Würde mir ein günstigeres Parken im Hotel wünschen, gerade als Hotelgast der mehrere Tage hier bleibt. Check-Out ist bereits um 10:00 Uhr früh, ich finde 1-2h zur früh -> 11-12 Uhr wäre wünschenswert.

The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated with a very beautiful terrace with lovely flowers. Situated quite close to the city center and really close to Belvedere Palace.

Clean rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was working fine. Wi-Fi was fast. Easy access to the garage. Nearby supermarket.

No bathroom amenities. No daily housekeeping (Only if you book more than five nights). 25€‎ charge per day to clean the room. No complimentary water/tea/sugar/milk. In booking, I made a request for free baby crib. The Hotel sent me a message later indicating that there will be a charge of 20€‎ and is asking to conform the request. I did not conform because I did not want to pay. During Checking-in, I requested them to remove the baby crib from the room, but they said that they can't, and I had to wait until Monday morning for management to be here. On Monday, I showed the management the messages, but they didn't do anything because they said that two days already gone.

The staff were nice and supportive. The rooms were clean. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. Soap and sponge for the kitchenware was available and new. The beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was working fine. Wi-Fi was fast.

The location was great, both close to the center and airport, which was what I needed. It's close to both bus stops and train station. There were several supermarkets close by as well. The room was quite cozy and nice as well.

It is really big price for pets stay. 20 EUR per each night is the highest price on my experience for my small dog. For example in all other countries it was up to 10 EUR per night. Water in apartments was for additional price. Also it was a little bit not clean, but possibly it was because of early checkin.

Spacious apartment equipped with all one needs. Staff was very kind, friendly and keen to help. There are two supermarkets round the corner, walkable distance to the very city centre.

The apartment is very lovely. It is bright and clean. The location is very good. Very easy to take tram 71 to the city center visiting museums. Supermarket Bila and SPAR are close to the apartment.

I have stayed in Vienna a few times and always had issues with the properties. I actually booked out of a property that was sub standard and decided to give Parks73 a go. I was ecstatic. Clean, comfortable size, fantastic staff. I will not stay at another property again when I travel to Vienna.

Only 2 coffee pods for a 3 day stay? Think 2 pods a day would be nice. Had to buy extra pods at 1.20 euros each. The underfloor heatings lowest setting was 21 degrees. That was a bit warm and uncomfortable for me personally, and it would be nice to be able to lower this setting. But this is me knit picking...you wont be sorry if you stay here.
