Numerous cock roaches running around the room. Washing machine and microwave was broken.

Always go back in Green Residences Stays by PBYY. They have a budget friendly room but your stay will not be awesome. Book for a family room, this is my 3rd time booking. All there rooms are fully furnished. You can cook, with free wifi, Toiletries, free 1 gallon of water. And most of all free breakfast for 2. Can't find same service in the heart of Metro Manila. The location is also very accesable to all modes of transportation. A must visit and book place for staycation. Keep it up. Thank you for the experience again ❤️

I love the location and how it is very accessible to all. Very convenient with grocery and restaurants near by. Accommodating staff. They offer Free breakfast which is a plus. For a budget traveller Green Residences Stays by PBYY is a best option.

Bldg. Location as it is very accessible to food shop, convenience stores, supermarket and transportation.

Cockroaches is everywhere inside the room, in toilet, bedroom area and dining you name it cockroaches is available, as the pbyy supervisor proudly said it is a high class cockroach since it stays in condo, soo rude property agent. I highly discourage future solo traveller, not to book your stay in green residences under pbyy property management. Toiletress, breakfast, kitchen utensils, beddings and mattress is low quality, the floor i stay is very dusty and smelly, don't be deceive by the ads photo of PBYY, you will regret, i did inform the room cleaners that the toilet bowl, bathroom water drainage wiremesh is not properly sealed with sealant causing the bowl to wooble and wiremesh to lift and became an entry and exit point of cockroaches.

Where to start. Let me say the staff were outstanding. Especially Maya. Felt like it was the old bait and switch. Advertised free pool. Not true had to pay. Cable nor internet worked. Left the place early. Elevators took forever. They nickel and dimed you on everything. Thought I’d lost a plastic key card type pass. They were going to charge me ₽500 to replace. I asked them if they were going to give refund for no internet, no tv, no pool. Guess how that went.

They don’t accept card payments. The booking says they don’t accept cash. Good thing I have cash at that time. Also, they did not take note of my request for additional breakfast. It was late and we were also late for our appointment.

I booked a room with a city and ocean view but they gave me a room with a wall view and the pool was closed and you had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator.

DID NOT ALLOW US TO CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE CHECK IN. DEMANDED US TO PAY FIRST AND GIVE A 5K DEPOSIT JUST TO SEE THE ROOM.THEN SAID IF YOU DONT LIKE THE ROOM GO ELSEWHERE FILE FOR A REFUND THAT COULD TAKE 3O DAYS.WAS HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL. TREATED US LIKE CRIMINALS. PEOPLE WERE BEING CHECKED BY SECURITY ENTERING FACILITY. HEARD OTHER GUEST COMPLAINING. WOULD NOT HONOR OUR RESERVATION . GUEST WHERE DISAPOINTED ABOUT THE ROOMS NOT BEING WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, DIRTY, WEAK LOUD AIRCON, ROACHES. WE LEFT FOUND A BETER, MUCH NICER HOTEL, FRIENDLY STAFF AND CHEAPER.

Cockroaches all over the area. Blanket is not comfortable. Hidden charges. The head is not accommodating and does not know how to deal complaints/concerns. The staff are not well coordinated, you need to deal with different persons for your concerns rather than one personnel taking the clients concern and delegate it themselves.

Cockroaches. Horribly bureaucratic and detailed just to check in. Gate pass issued after 24 hours. "Free breakfast" was inedible, not fit for human consumption.

Pricey for depositing fee and only got notified when i already booked that is why i had to adjust my budget. There was this black chair that was damaged already before we got in so i notified them immediately i just hope they remove damage furnitures. Additonal Rugs or please replace they get easily soaked in water Specially we stayed for 2days Breakfast was great. They provided us with mineral water. They even gave toothbrushes shampoos soap for the four of us

Comfortable naman. Friendly staff. You have to allot time waiting for the elevator. Hindi pwede sa nagmamadali.

There are several coackrocahes (of all sizes). I asked for a Baygon naman from the staff. They advised to have the room cleaned na lang. Pay parking costs a lot. As in too much.

Location is convenient. Property is really clean

The property manager who won't give us the access card so we had to be validated every time we enter the property. Also the electricity is loadable. We had to wait for 2 hours for them to get the power back such inconvenience.

Most I like the location, room facilities, and price.

Building height, we are in 48 stories.

i like the location esp when ur always on d go… with savemore in d bldg, lots of resto to choose from inside and outside
