Relatively comfortable. Some staff were really nice, a few had an attitude for some reason.

Upon entering my room, there was no electricity so they had to change me to another room In my new room, 3-4 lights were faulty and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. One day after coming back and asking them to make-up my room, I came back to find a pool of water coming out of the fridge. Also, some of the staff in the reception seem so unwelcoming. At least some of the gentlemen who were doing room service was very nice. Also, the ad was very misleading as it said it included netflix in the room that I booked, only to find out that was only for the exclusive suit for an extra charge.

Staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower quite good but no hot water in the morning. Nice bar downstairs and it’s very central for makati. I had a couple or small issues and they were fixed very quickly and the guy was really helpful. Sockets by the bed and several sockets in the room

There’s no view from window so a little claustrophobic and sheets were almost threadbare in places and shower was cold

Location is great near shopwise and other fastfood. Value is the best. It is good that it has mini refrigerator

This was our 3rd time staying at Solace. The location is great. The room was clean.

The previous front desk officer was great, but the ones who assisted us yesterday was so-so. I hope she smile and greet the customers just like the usual staff do.

Напор хоть и был приличный, но вода не была одной температуры: то холодная, то горячая. Если делать хороший напор, то вода сохраняла температуру, но зато не успевала смыться, из-за чего приходилось стоять в луже. Телевизор не работал и интернет 50/50 то работал, то нет.

The location is very accessible. Very friendly staffs. Affordable room rate. Cafe is just beside the hotel with delicious food.

The aircondition unit is making weird noises at dawn.

the breakfast option is not much though, its served as Ala carte with very limited food.

The staff are nice and accommodating :) I like that it's near in the fast-food chains, supermarkets and church. The room is clean and comfortable stay in.

I'm just a little bit disappointed that other amenities are not available and not working properly/old (iron & ironing board).

I've stayed here before and I was pleasantly surprised that the Wi-Fi has improved immensely since the last time.

Had issues with the keycard (It wasn't working) and a staff had to open the door for me every time I need to go back to my room. They eventually gave me a replacement card the next day though

Location wise, it was great

The TV was not working, the person at the front desk was sleeping while at work, but all good I guess they were tired

The bed has no decent blanket. The hotel only has a thin topsheet as blanket. If you want a thicker blanket, they will collect additional charge for it.

the first thing i always check is the bed. found out that the bed sheets were not clean. its as if it wasn’t changed. i ask them to change it na lang but I guess walang maintenance at that time kaya they moved me to another room. more spacious and clean BUT it reeks of cigarette. i told my concerns to one of their personnel and he was like “ay ganon po ba” then he left. The hotel clearly states that it is 100 % smoke free, you can even see signs of no smoking in the room and cr.
