gorgeous apartment, stunning high ceilings, very airy and open. decent walk from the pier but far enough it’s actually quite! bathroom was amazing, facilities were fantastic and the host had minimal conversation, but when needed replies straight away which was perfect. was perfect for us 4!

upstairs neighbours seemed to be moving heavy furniture on Friday night, which evolved a lot of banging from upstairs, but nothing too big off an issue, Saturday night was fine :).

The apartment was gorgeous and beautifully designed. Felt like a real aspirational home from home with beautiful views. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

I loved the apartment's aesthetics, cleanliness and central location. The host always responded to my emails immediately and willing to help. They went above and beyond to help us with a personal problem we were facing as well. The apartment also has a very luxurious feel to it with heated towel racks, a bath, fresh flower bouquets and a very well designed interior.

The house was extremely cold the first few days but that was resolved to some extent by the end of the stay but not completely. The host gave us a portable heater which helped for the first couple of days. Another issue was the fact that there was noise in the room where the sofa bed was because it has a lot of windows and a lot of noise came from the above floor. A small issue was that the check-in instructions were not very clear to me but were further clarified when I asked the host.

Location excellent and sitting room very light and attractive, parking tickets worked well.

The bedroom. It was cold and felt damp and access was down creaky stairs and the toilet was up these stairs and through the kitchen to the bathroom - very inconvenient. The bed was freezing each night as the heating was inadequate to properly heat the room. For the cost - £2500 for two weeks - we felt this was unacceptable. There was not even a cafetière to make coffee.

The view, the location, the decor, the cleanliness were all good.

Very clean, nicely decorated apartment in great location. Super shower and lovely thick towels, plenty of pillows. Fold out beds provided and made up were a nice surprise as expected sofa beds. Handy for shops, restaurants and beach.

Occupants of flat above quite noisy on first night. This didn’t continue very late so not an issue sleeping.

Stayed here with friends for my birthday the apartment was spacious, well presented, clean and just a fab all rounder - exactly what we wanted! Catherine was super helpful and friendly, offering her help wherever needed. Very close to the seafront which is of course what you want when going to a beach location! 100% would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning if I go to Brighton again.

Only thing that could’ve made this apartment even better was to be a little closer to Brighton itself - it was about a 20 minute walk to the pier.

Great location, the apartment was absolutely fantastic and clean. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep - great space for everyone! Short walk into Brighton itself but we could also explore Hove - especially the brunch and coffee shops! Great that it was close to Norton Road Car Park too - cheapest parking in Brighton which made it super simple logistically

Noise from the apartment above, could be a mix between who was there and the apartment being in an older building.

The location is excellent. You’re right in the middle of literally hundreds of bars, restaurants, shops in Hove. And just a 5-10 minute walk into Brighton. I really liked this apartment as the neighbourhood was much quieter than Brighton - but you’re also just a few minute walk to anything you’d want to do. Apartment has sort of a Parisian vibe - the front windows are amazing. Fast free WiFi. Strong water pressure on the shower. Full kitchen and washing machine. Beach is a minute away. Looks exactly like the photos.

Nothing to complain about. I’ll stay here again next time I’m Brighton.

The size of the apartment and location was spot on! Decoration throughout the apartment is lovely, the little bedroom is super cute! And more than enough space to sleep happily.

The shower head in the bathroom needs to be a little bigger, difficult to get a good spray to cover the body, such a well decorated bathroom (with a lovely deep bath) deserves an impressive shower to finish it off! nothing else apart from that 😊
