Everything is as it was advertised. Just far enough outside the city for a perfect nights sleep. Just close enough to be able to view the Duomo de Milano just a short distance away.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It was very clean and quiet, close to the supermarket and less than a 10 minute walk to the Metro. Fabio and Cecilia were wonderful hosts with quick communication. We look forward to staying here the next time we’re in Milan.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, no problems at all. About a 15 minute walk to Centrale train station. Great market and bakery nearby, Fabio told us to check them out if needed, and the bakery hit the spot

Great apartment for our visit to Milan. Clean and comfortable. Good supermarket nearby to pick up some food. Walking distance to transit made travel easy. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Located in a neighborhood, there were grocery stores and restaurants within a short walk, metro station and train stations close by. The bus 42 was easy to catch to and from the central train station. We really enjoyed the property and location. The building is very secure. Fabio was great! Gave us great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Great maps of the metro and city.

Great flat in a very nice location! We had 6 in our travel party and it was very comfortable with plenty of room. We loved the location, everything we needed was right around the corner.

Comfortable apartment conveniently located to train, bus and shops. Excellent bakery recommended by host Fabio is nearby. Air conditioner could have run a bit cooler, but fan also provided for smaller room with bunk beds. Fantastic walk-in closet in main bedroom. Recommend asking for extra sheets in advance if pull-out is needed.

Nice appartement, nice location

The apartment is large and the layout of the rooms is good. Everything is in very good condition and we found the beds to be comfortable. It's only a few minutes walk to trams, buses and the metro, so everywhere in Milan is easily accessible, and it's also only a few minutes walk to a large supermarket. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is in an area which consists of large blocks of flats, so the surroundings are not very pretty, but that's not uncommon in a large city. We'd definitely stay here again. Note: In some of the photos of the living room you can see into the adjacent bedroom with a single bed. This bed has been replaced by the bunk bed which is shown in separate photos.

everything was perfect, just the parking is not free while the announcement indicates that parking is included in the equipment.

Time has passed too quickly. Hard to believe we've been here for three months. We very much enjoyed exploring Italy and our stay in your apartment. You've been a great host and responsive to our requests. The apartment was close to the grocery store, three bakeries, a hair salon, public transportation, and close to the Milano Centrale train station.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was in a quiet residential street, with a supermarket just around the corner and it was a short walk or bus ride from the central station, where you could catch the Metro anywhere around the city. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The apartment is clean and bright. It’s within walking distance to the Sondrio metro station, a supermarket and restaurants. Great view of Porta Nuova (business district) from balcony. Highly recommended!

Family friendly apartment in a great location just outside the center. East access to metro and several restaurants and cafes nearby. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was located in a residential area. Area was quiet and we felt safe walking at night. Metro is 10 min walk to closest station. We were able to travel to all the popular sites by metro and then walking without difficulty. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Apartment clean and comfotable. Host very friendly. Personally met us at the apartment and explained everything. Would stay here again!

Very nice, clean place with air conditioning and a washer. Check in process was easy and the host offered all sorts of info for touring and getting around. I think a great option for the area.

Overall the apartment was very comfortable and perfect for a family needing some space away from the crowds. If you want to experience life like a Milanese then this is the place for you. The apartment set up is perfect for a family with the master bedroom apart from the living room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and everything you need to make dinner at home is provided in this perfectly stocked kitchen. . The Tigres grocery store around the corner is super convenient and the metro is a 10-15 minute walk. My family of 5 was very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan. This apartment is just as all the previous 5* reviews have said. It's large, very quiet and comfortable. We walked eveywhere. If you dont like walking, the metro is very close. It is a great place to stay.

Great apartment close to metro to take you wherever you want to go. Great kitchen and bathroom- comfortable beds (which are hard to come by in Italy!) Highly recommend! 😊

Communication with Fabio was easy. The apartment is on a quiet private street open to residents only. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment is clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. A nice supermarket and coffee pastry shop are just around the corner. It is about a quarter or third of a mile to the metro, less than a mile to Central Train Station, an easy walk with our rolling luggage. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Our stay in Milan was short- so having a place that was central to the metro and was comfortable was essential. Everything was perfect. Spacious and accommodating. The location was five minutes from the metro and a market another five minutes. Fabio was easy to communicate with and tha apartment was set up wonderfully.

This apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed and walking distance to the supermarket and train. I read all the reviews before I chose to rent it, and I’m so glad I did. Traveling out of the country and not knowing the area, it was reassuring to feel safe and at home. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to visit Milan. It was helpful that we had many travel brochures of the area in living room and a copy of the train map. We found the train system very easy to use. I would stay here again! We were sad to leave.
