The apartment is large and the layout of the rooms is good. Everything is in very good condition and we found the beds to be comfortable. It's only a few minutes walk to trams, buses and the metro, so everywhere in Milan is easily accessible, and it's also only a few minutes walk to a large supermarket. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is in an area which consists of large blocks of flats, so the surroundings are not very pretty, but that's not uncommon in a large city. We'd definitely stay here again. Note: In some of the photos of the living room you can see into the adjacent bedroom with a single bed. This bed has been replaced by the bunk bed which is shown in separate photos.

Time has passed too quickly. Hard to believe we've been here for three months. We very much enjoyed exploring Italy and our stay in your apartment. You've been a great host and responsive to our requests. The apartment was close to the grocery store, three bakeries, a hair salon, public transportation, and close to the Milano Centrale train station.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was in a quiet residential street, with a supermarket just around the corner and it was a short walk or bus ride from the central station, where you could catch the Metro anywhere around the city. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

Apartment was located in a residential area. Area was quiet and we felt safe walking at night. Metro is 10 min walk to closest station. We were able to travel to all the popular sites by metro and then walking without difficulty. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Apartment clean and comfotable. Host very friendly. Personally met us at the apartment and explained everything. Would stay here again!

Very nice, clean place with air conditioning and a washer. Check in process was easy and the host offered all sorts of info for touring and getting around. I think a great option for the area.

Overall the apartment was very comfortable and perfect for a family needing some space away from the crowds. If you want to experience life like a Milanese then this is the place for you. The apartment set up is perfect for a family with the master bedroom apart from the living room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and everything you need to make dinner at home is provided in this perfectly stocked kitchen. . The Tigres grocery store around the corner is super convenient and the metro is a 10-15 minute walk. My family of 5 was very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan. Communication with Fabio was easy. The apartment is on a quiet private street open to residents only. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment is clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. A nice supermarket and coffee pastry shop are just around the corner. It is about a quarter or third of a mile to the metro, less than a mile to Central Train Station, an easy walk with our rolling luggage. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Our stay in Milan was short- so having a place that was central to the metro and was comfortable was essential. Everything was perfect. Spacious and accommodating. The location was five minutes from the metro and a market another five minutes. Fabio was easy to communicate with and tha apartment was set up wonderfully.

This apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed and walking distance to the supermarket and train. I read all the reviews before I chose to rent it, and I’m so glad I did. Traveling out of the country and not knowing the area, it was reassuring to feel safe and at home. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to visit Milan. It was helpful that we had many travel brochures of the area in living room and a copy of the train map. We found the train system very easy to use. I would stay here again! We were sad to leave.

Stayed here with my parents for a week in October and it was perfect! It really did feel like 'home from home' and we were comfortable there straight away. Lovely apartment block with secure entrances in a local community. Great views from the balcony towards the city centre. Easy to get to everything from here, Central Station, metro stations, bus trams etc. as well as the local supermarket and a bakery / coffee shop. Nice to walk out on the Friday morning and find a local market at the end of the street. Our stay was a mixture of exploring the city, spending time with friends and visiting the lakes. Just wish we had more time here to explore! Communication with Fabio was good and quick which made everything so easy. Thank you so much - would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

It was a great visit to Milan! The apartment was awesome - clean and efficient. And we left the few things missing from the kitchen - olive oil and salt! A/C was great to have

Even though Fabio was on holiday himself, he was easy to contact, gave us good directions and had a very gracious friend meet us at the apartment and "settle us in". We found the apartment spacious, with air conditioning and more than adequate hot water. It's located on the 7th floor of a quiet building with an elevator. The is a supermarket, a bakery and a bus stop nearby. The metro is about 8 blocks from the apartment and able to link us with anyplace we chose to go. The metro is also very timely and safe. (Bus/metro tickets are readily available at local Tobacco shops.) After we arrived, we discovered that many of Milan's shops, restaurants and attractions are closed during the middle 2 weeks in August. Unfortunately, we were visiting during one of them! However, the many guidebooks and maps Fabio had available in the apartment allowed us to readily make other destination choices within Milan. .

We were greeted by the host's son, Matteo, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with information to explore the local area. Our favourite area recommended by Matteo was a charismatic little strip by the water close to the P. TA. Genova (metro station). The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, as seen in the photos. We felt a little touch of luxury staying here, and would recommend this property to other travellers.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and quiet. Our pre stay arrangements were very smooth and arrival meeting was very prompt, friendly and informative. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood a short distance to the bus, 15 minutes to the metro and 20 minutes to the main train station. We are senior citizens and had no problem getting around without a car. There is however, a public parking garage just around the corner if needed. The living room of the apartment is very large. The apartment is very clean and there is elevator access to the apartment. The apartment can sleep up to six people and has very large closet areas for luggage and clothes. We would definitely suggest this apartment to others and stay here again if we were in the area.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. They provided excellent directions from the train station and helped us understand the Metro. They set the apartment up as asked and were right on time for check out. The apartment is clean, is well equipped, and is quiet.
