Gorgeous setting with all of the amenities required for a family with two under two.

the property was spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly .
late check in and very early checkout meant you really were loosing a lot of time on either side ,4 pm check in and ten am check out 🤷🏻♀️
The quality of the furnishings ie TV ( outdated and poor quality)Sofa(springs were gone ) stereo ?? out of the arc ! were not to the standard expected .
The main boardwalk reception wasn’t open so no bar and cafe ( if the resort is open for business so too should it’s facilities )
we feel this property needs to be refreshed to stay competitive in todays market .

Loved the option of the open fire. Bedrooms were soo cosy and comfortable. House was so warm. Downstairs toilet was great as we had an elderly relative with us.❤

The staff were really friendly & helpful - especially for our stay over Christmas. The property was decorated beautifully & a lot of thought had been put into the design. It was comfortable & had everything we needed for a two week stay in a perfect location which had mountains, a lovely beach & a national park on the doorstep whilst within half an hour's drive of Letterkenny which has all the shops.

the induction hob was very difficult to control - limited cooking pots/pans/crockery - no hairdryer in a ‘luxury’ resort was a surprise - no mention of extra fees on booking.com for utilities.

Location and facilities, play parks,restaurant ,access to beach ,proximity to other villages ! And plenty to do in areas around ! Staff were so helpful and friendly !!
Only criticism I would have ,which is only to help with future Guests perhaps ?? Some of the lodges could have stairgates as much more relaxing as a parent with small kids, some more kitchen utensils if decide to cook most nights ? Some cleaning product in case of spills on carpets , We managed fine but had to improvise with some things? Perhaps it is because of covid ,less things ?? Only a helpful idea ,it didn't put me off ,but would bring some of mine next time.

Couldn't fault the semi-detached house we were in. Absolutely beautiful & the facilities were excellent. Host was lovely and came round to tell us about shops, restaurants, take outs & different activites nearby.
The only downside was that there was no soap in any of the bathrooms. Such a minor thing but no other faults.
