The out door pool was very clean and the hotel was very close to the beach.

Loved the first floor ocean front rooms! Step out on the balcony and you are right on the sand! Makes life so much easier with kids and all the toys carrying back and forth. All the animals were amazing to see, kids and adults loved the animal life. The bar had great drinks and food options. Rooms were EXTREMELY clean! Definitely planning on

We had breakfast every morning and it was great. Our room was very nice and the view was fantastic. We'll be back asap.

The accommodation must have been nice once, but it was 30 years ago! Everything was very old and extremely worn. The cleanliness was just OK tear down the hut and remake it

Our AC stopped working and started blowing HEAT the first night. Thankfully we were able to open the window after waking up sweating in the middle of the night so it wasn’t worth asking for a new room.

Lots of parking, Great location near a bunch of places. Great beach/ocean view steps from hotel. Friendly staff, clean hotel with nice atrium decor on 1st floor. Cafe lounge to get food and drinks. 24hr Coffee/hot water machine area, with seating like living room was a nice bonus and from there you can walk right out to the beach.

Outdated elevator and some parts of room but very clean. Very loud around pool area 10am til 10pm as it was spring break so lots of kids were there. They were also running back and forth down the halls after 10pm.

The property was very open and came with good views no matter where you were staying. The lobby was really nice.

The bartenders and cooks were so nice and food was really good, the pool options were great and the parrots were so nice to enjoy watching, the arcade was fun.

We had a request for personal reasons and the accommodate them perfectly the indoor pool area was very cool my children enjoyed the birds

Honestly only part was i enjoy a morning swim would have loved if the pools opened a bit earlier then 10am and would be awesome if indoor pool was open a bit later but I understand due to people rooms being located so close.

do not go there. After I made a reservation for 2 nights, I was very disappointed. My family and I are having a terrible time there. I say this because I don't know where to start. The rooms are so hot because the air conditioners are so weak operating that you sweat all the time, (I felt I was in the hell) it was hotter inside than outside!! when my wife and I complain at the Quality Inn desk they pretend it was reported and someone will come soon to fix it!! But nobody shows even the fridge and stove are not working well. Disgusting room smells greet you as soon as you enter and the door of the balcony need someone with great muscles to open it!!

It was not clean. Smelled like mildew, didn’t have AC on in our room so we were sweating the first night.

The property itself was beautiful and clean.

The room we stayed in was very humid and hot. Air conditioning was at max cold air and stayed the same the whole night we could barely sleep in that humidity.

The pools and hot tubs were disgusting! We arrived early so we went to the outside pool and there was a man with a very loud speaker playing Hispanic music so loud we thought the hotel had speakers on out there. The desk staff knew about it and clearly didn’t care we could hear it inside while checking in. Birds are very sad in their little cages what is even the point this day in age in having these animals locked up in cages for teenagers to pester for hours. The poor birds screamed all night and day they really should be given to a local rescue if we had read about them we wouldn’t of stayed here. They got no rest we wanted “Fenwick” sleeping and a child run up and yell at him. Give them to a facility who will take care and protect them!!!!! We had a atrium room above a little second floor seating area, looked outside at 11pm and there were two men sleeping on chairs pushed together. The room ac did not work and it was very moist in the room.

Staff was very friendly, check in was smooth and easy, good location to get around town. Easy access to the beach. Room was adequate for our needs. No issues with room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was in good working order.

No privacy on outside patio at the ground level. From outside at night you could see thru the sheer curtains into the rooms. Had to keep lights off at night so that people walking by couldn’t see in our room. There was a lot of foot traffic past our room at night. Parrot squalled all day in the Aviari, very annoying. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned in a while, we cleaned to use it.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I like how they let the animals out of their cages now and then so you can get a closer look at them. The bar was nice and the hot tub and pool were great. The cleaning crew changed and provided new sheets/towels everyday. The free coffee on top of that made a great experience. I recommend this place to any family wanting to relax and take in the beach atmosphere.

I can't really say I disliked anything. The 2nd hot tub was under maintenance so waiting for the one tub to be free was a pain but besides that it was a great location.

The disgusting bed bugs found on top of my pillow! I notified a staff member Monday morning that was doing the room cleaning for the 5th floor. I showed her the actual proof of them that had been killed and were filled with blood. I actually have a video of the bugs. When I checked out Tuesday morning and inquired if they had been notified of the disturbance. The response was yes, there's a mention of it and that they had tried to contact us. I checked my phone and the booking.com app to see if they messaged or called me. There's nothing to show that they actually tried to reach out to us to try and reaccommodate our stay. I remained calm as I had even thought about paying for another night but hoping it would be another room as we hadn't slept at all. It was just scratch scratch here and there from the yucky bites. Overall we made the best decision to check out. A nice gentleman by the name of Randy at the front desk asked me to email the video of the bed bugs to the qualtity inn email and that he would be in touch. Yeah, I'm not so certain that's actually going to happen. Meanwhile here I am now with multiple bites and a grandmother and Aunt upset with me for my choice of such a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous atrium that just needs to place more care and focus to pest control as this is such a danger to guests and to their amazing parrots.

absolutely loved that it was oceanfront. loved how clean it was, it was comfortable, easy to find.
