Where do i start, i arrived at Ensuite Appartment B Con Zona De Patio on May 29th 2024, i was distraught when the taxi driver dropped us off, thought he must of dropped us at the wrong place,as it looked like a dumping ground, there was rubbish dumped all over, it was in the middle of nowhere, even the taxi drivers call it Afganistan, ( that spoke big volumes), upon entering the property i was appalled, the furniture was dirty (chairs) looked as tho they had maybe tried to clean them without much success, there was no kettle, they had a microwave that went out with the Ark 😖, the patio was not private that was just a screen that did not even cover all the area to make it private, there was motorbikes flying up and down at all hours, very noisy, this apartment did not look or sound the same as advertised, bad for sites reputation as its false advertising, not good for business, I have since booked another apartment elsewhere to my satisfaction thru Booking.com I have booked numerous properties thru Booking.com over the years and never complained until now, i would be gratful for a full or even partial refund,

Friendly online assistance from a manager/owner. Clean apartment. Basic facilities functioning.

Slum location, road without council services such as cleaning and refuse collection. Next door to a builders' yard with cement mixer, wheelbarrows, abandoned building materials and old vehicles. Internet access code written on a scrap of masking tape, unreadable, unnoticeable; we had to ask other occupants for help. Poor lighting in bedroom, impossible to read a book. Tiny, uncomfortable shower room. Impossible to close the tolet door so as to use the faciliy on privacy from bedroom. Toilet smell in bedroom. Lack of suitable bedding for the season, a single, thin blanket of rough texture. This apartment is not suitable for a holiday, it is suitable for survival in a third-world economy after a catastrophe. We would like a substatial amount of our money back.

It’s a cheap place and you get what you you pay for

The place is ok. Not great not bad, just ok. The host is also ok. We were staying for 6 nights and there were only two toilet paper rolls. Obviously, we ran out after couple of days and when I asked the host if there was any more somewhere in the house, he said that they don’t supply anything because of covid.. Honestly, it’s funny that people still use this as a reason. Anyway, there’s no coffee or toilet paper etc. We had to buy everything that we needed. But again, you get what you pay for. It’s a really cheap place.

owner was rude, and asking for €140 on top what we paid or leave and find something else. I had brain tumor and extra stress is harmful to me, but they not looking after customers. there is now washing machine and apartment have very high humidity so your clothes feel wet and bed as well so not nice. other thing is that you have all the time asking for basics , and towels should be changed every day.

Amazing owners, fantastic accommodation, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. 10/10

The picture in booking site is not real. Outside is terrible and picture was really nice.
