Villa Mercede was an EXCEPTIONAL stay. The staff provided great communication before my arrival and during my stay, and were always available at the main desk to assist. The room was perfect, with a great view of the complex and Frascati. The facilities were perfect - I used the pool near the Padel courts and had a great experience, having food, drinks, music and relaxation. It was a perfect getaway from the busy city of Rome, and gives you time to experience some bliss. Very good prices for the room, food/drinks, and spa treatments. Only a 15 minutes walk to Frascati train station, and half an hour from Frascati to Rome Termini. Only 15 minutes drive from Rome Ciampino airport. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel poniżej moich oczekiwań. 1.Śniadania ubogie -bez jakichkolwiek warzyw (nie bylo nawet plastra pomidora, sałaty, czy ogórka-to Italia przecież!), jeden rodzaj sera w plastry (brak serów włoskich -gdzie brue, camembert, czy chocby feta) i jeden rodzaj wędliny. Brak owoców na śniadanie (poza kawałkami do musli). Kawa po prostu niedobra (Italia!?). Minimum i monotonia. Śniadania od godz. 7:00, co uniemożliwialo ich spożycie dla rozsądnie odwiedzających Rzym (kolejka jedzie 40 min +metro, ostatnia realna jest o 6:40 a w Rzymie, aby coś zwiedzić i dostać się do muzeów musisz być realnie przy muzeum przed 8:00) -więc albo Rzym albo śniadanie. Albo własny samochód. Prośba, aby umożliwić śniadanie choć o 6:30 odrzucona przez personel jadalni. Podróżowałem z 3 dzieci -nie mam wielkich oczekiwań, ale hotel byl bezlitosny. 2. W hotelu minimum atrakcji-spa odpłatn, basen nieczynny, jacuzzi odplatne (to za jakie spa płacę w cenie?), brak atrakcji dla dzieci, kolacje drogie -50 EUR od osoby. 3.pokoje małe, bez balkoników, klimatyzacja działa po prostu źle (ustawiona automatycznie przez hotel). 5. Łazienki czyste, ale system prysznicowy nie dziala poprawnie (system prysznicowy prądów jacuzzi jest niepodłączony bo cisnienie wody niskie). 6. Hałas wentylatorów za oknem jest b.głośny i dociera do wszystkich pokojów 7. Tv uboga aż żal. Słabe Wi-fi nie działa w skrajnych pokojach i ewidentnie nie ciągnie wieczorem -nawet bajki dziecku na stream (np. na moim koncie w HBO, Disney, czy Netflix) nie pokażesz. 8. Obok jest ogólnodostępny padel -pijani krzyczący Włosi pod oknami na terenie hotelu do późnej nocy uniemożliwiają sen i nikt z tym nic nie robi. 9. Bylem 7 dni -zaplacilem 2950 EUR (za 2 male pokoje) a na dzień dobry zażądano ode mnie 50% oplaty za pobyt rzekomo tytułem gwarancji -chyba żebym nie uciekł z rodziną i to od stałego wieloletniego klienta Booking.com! Oczywiście zasugerowano aby już nie korzystac z Booking.com. 10. Bar hotelowy jest publiczny. Restauracja też.

Staff qualificato , camera pulita, ristorante eccezionale, servizi il top.

Restaurant and bar / shop on the premises which is handy after long meeting days and because the hotel is about 10-15 mins outside the town centre (so dropping off laptop and walking back not always what you want). Nice breakfast. Mini-bar in the room (no tea/coffee maker).

First room (104) smelly, hot (temp control switched off in winter, although 18 degrees outside and 25 in the room) and padel courts across the road (indoors, but still very noisy). Staff very nice though and changed me to 510 which was fine.

We were there during the recent heatwave so air conditioning wasn’t making much difference due to local laws

The shower head in the room was the only mentionable attribute of this property.

The only thing stiffer than the price was the mattress. Extremely firm mattress, horrifically over priced for what the room was, air con was not controllable and temp pre set.

Do Not Stay at this hotel! Went for a friends wedding and stay at this place. Staff were very rude and robbed you at any chance they could. Tried to charge us 25 euro for a pool bed . Kids weren’t allowed to play in and around pool. No music allowed. Charged you 3 euro to bring a drink to you per drink. Charged us 35 euro for 2 drinks and just changed the prices of drink all of the time. Complain about the air-con 3 times and still was 28 degrees in our room and i couldn’t sleep in it. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and not much choice at all. Whatever you do. Do not book this hotel
