Overall, lovely experience, will definitely return.

The bathroom needs maintenance, the shower head and holder to be replaced. Should relook at getting "bath towels" and for guests.

Location , the kitchen staff are the best thing there

The room was sooooo cold n the aircon was not working and we had to get an extra blanket n blow heater

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm

The Netflix in room 138 wasn’t working, called reception, they asked one of the staff members to help with the Netflix, he couldn’t help. My spouse and I could hear the people in the other room (137) having sex due to the door between the two rooms 137 a 138

the electricity load shedding was not great but hotel kept us updated as to schedule. they should look into more back up power solutions for long term. the Breakfast area was cold as both doors were open and wind came inside. would be good idea to label the various pastries.

Love the property and have been there twice now in a month. Location suits me and my wife.

The air-con did not work… manager came to look and informed me that the tecnition will come and have a look. Only to let a staff member deliver a ridiculous fan to the room, that could not be plugged into any plug in the room. Had to sleep in the noice the aircon made and without a fan. PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. i do have a video and pictures to staff my complaint. Willing to share it with them for a comment if the manager will be able to sleep in that noise

The facility location is in excellent area next to all restaurants. The managers and staff are accomodative.

The Loadshedding: plugs dont work. It does not seem like there is generator backup though the lifts continue to work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The security is good and the location is very central, near to freeways. The unit is very spacious. The breakfast is nice and the beds are comfortable.

The advert on Booking.com is misleading as we expected to have a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a coffee machine, iron etc which we didn't have. In fact the room is very basic with no dishwashing liquid or dishtowels and sparse kitchen utensils. There were also no wine glasses. When we queried about the washing machine, the staff couldn't help us until the manager could be consulted, which was two days after we checked in. We then did get a washing installed and had some items washed by the hotel for free.

Everything about the place is excellent..especially the staff are ready to help and make you like home..highly recommended.
