Die Gartenmöbel ist komplett neu und beinhaltet: Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Sofas und Sesseln mit Kissen, Rattan Tisch und Stühle für 6 Personen. Private Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück. die Villa ist lontanoa vom Zentrum abitato.Nel Garten gibt es auch ein großer Pavillon mit Gartenmöbeln. und "dies auch ein Ziegel mit Grill.

This has to one of our favourite houses we have stayed at. Secluded location with 180 degrees view of the hillsides, lovely pool right at the house, great outdoor and indoor areas, large and well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Sandra or host welcomed us and is super responsive to Any request. We had one minor isse fyring our 2 weekend stay - sit was Solvej within 20min.

This beautiful property was wonderfully located for us, about 20 minutes away from the town of Aulla. We were surrounded entirely by nature, wild boars, deer, and musical bird song greeted us every morning !!
The property owner could not have been more friendly if she had tried, we would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is an amazing house situated in the most peaceful and beautiful nature spot. The facilities are excellent. The owners are the nicest people you will meet. It’s is wonderfully maintained and Sandra made such an effort to make sure we had all the information we needed for a hassle free stay. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Everything is exactly as written in the ad. A wonderful house with all the facilities you need. Sandra was the perfect host and even came to meet us miles away when we managed to drive the wrong way.. 😅. The house and pool is very nice and very clean. It’s very secluded and quiet. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back an other time. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this wonderfull house. We had a great time. We loved the view, your well designed and well-kept garden, the sound of hundreds of birds during our morning coffee, the pool and your nicely decorated house.
A perfect surrounding for quality time with our family. You do need a car to do your shopping, enjoy the villages and beaches (Porto Venere, La Spezia and Cinque Terre are definitely worth a visit), but driving is never boring. Thank you for sharing info on activities, shopping and restaurants.

Sandra and her husband are very hospitable. The house was more then big enough for four people (2 adults and 2 children). The house was also clean and well maintained.
The outside area is very nice, and the view is realy amazing. We would like to come back!

We are a famliy of 4 from Norway with to children at the age of 13 and 18. We all had a wonderful time in the house and the loccation is perfect for trips. The house itself is very well kept, nicely decorated, the pool area is perfect and Sandra and her husband are so helpful and lovely. We loved sitting on the terracce every morning with the coffee listening to the birds. This is a perfect place for a perfect holiday!

A very nice villa - in absolutely beautiful surroundings.
The villa is large with lots of space both outside and inside. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is perfect in size - our two boys aged 10 and 13 spent hours here.
The hostes are very friendly and eager in solving any problems that might occur.
Only thing you need to be aware of is that it has some driving to do both shopping and attractions - but visiting e.g. Cinque Terre from here is quite easy.
Don't hesitate to book this villa if you are looking for relaxation and beautiful views.

We just went back from this fantastic place! If you love the country side and a very quiet place to welcome the Italian sunset, we absolutely recommend this place. Sandra and her husband took good care of the house and welcomed us upon arrival and departure. Pisa is 1 hour drive and the nearest beach 30min.
We certainly will return to this beautiful place.
