Room was clean, with comfortable bed, working air conditioning and a great view on the river. Possibility to use the coffee machine at the reception for an additional fee.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit too low.

ery friendly and pleasant staff and manager. The hotel is located 500 meters from the city center, it is possible to stop the car in a car park. The rooms are clean, warm, very tasty breakfast, which was brought directly to the room. They organized a transfer from the airport, as well as excursions to very beautiful places around Georgia, with wery expereansed driver. We stayed very satisfied. In this I recommend to stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent. hotel 500 m from the city center. very clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Very comfortable rooms overlooking the river. The hotel is wonderful! Perfect location! Great staff. the rooms are new, clean and large, there is everything you need, the breakfast is quite hearty, they bring it to the room. there is a place for both rest and work, wi-fi is stable. The administration, at your request, can organize transport and excursions around Georgia in a comfortable car. I recommend to stay in this hotel

I liked the staff all of them they were like freinds and they helped us to go on a tour the guys on the tour were really friendly also. The receptionist is a great guy he was so welcoming. Love this place.

We had confirmed arrival time 0-1 and arrived at midnight. It took 45 minutes to get inside. It was lock and nobody was answering calls and evem car horn. It was rainy and cold! Staff was confused, didn't know what to do. No keys, no instructions, no nothing. WiFi wasn't working best, but it works at least somewhere somehow. After very cold night, we were happy to leave.

The hotel location is quite good

The worst hotel and service I have ever seen and been. Firstly, we booked Delux Room the hotel via Booking from 5-6 October and informed by message that we will arrive at midnight. So, when we arrived the hotel door was closed and we were left outside in the street at midnight. It was rainy and cold. Thanks god we had Georgian SIM card and called the owner. So, after call the owner arrived in 30-40 minutes only. We were frozen outside. Moreover, he gave us the key from outside door and asked to lock the door if we decide to go outside. Next day, after some walk in Kutaisi, we returned to the hotel and we wanted to have a shower. So, hot water was completely turned off and again we had to call the owner, as there was no one at reception. Again, he arrived in 20 minutes (despite promised 5 minutes) and tried to fix. After he fixed something, we waited for 1 hour water became warmer. So, as it was late to move to another hotel, we decided to stay again for 1 night. I cannot express my deepest regret that I face this Hotel. In the room, there was no shower gel even and this is a delux room!!! About room cleaning service I will remind silent, as it is completely forgotten. While we were in the hotel, there were around 2 rooms that stayed uncleaned and doors were open from the morning. Personally for me, it was unpleasant to see such mess.

Once we met the staff they were so helpful in our stay, room was large with a decent view of the river.

Upon arrival the hotel was closed and often it felt completely empty, maybe because of end of the season. Initially for the first night we didn't have any hot water, it got resolved for our second night. Wifi in the bedrooms wasn't working either.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to book tours directly from the hotel. Hotel is 2 minutes from the center. To be recommanded!
