Everywhere you went in the facility was very clean. The staff was the family and we’re extremely nice, specially the oldest mother. She was so kind and beautiful.

The beds were a little hard, but the whole room was very comfy.

The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. the room was comfortable and the view was very good. Breakfast was more than adequate. The pool area is excellent The room and grounds exceeded my expectations

Everything was perfect

The exterior is nice, you can get a good view of the mountains and sea from the large area outside. It’s is also few minutes walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The interior is really not nice, furniture and fittings are really archaic and the breakfast is also poor.

Beautiful views, great rooms with everything you need and lovely host who brings a sweet breakfast box each morning with what seems like delicious homemade treats. Rooms cleaned everyday, felt like our own private villa for half the price... ill recommend to family and friends for sure.

The hotel/apartments were beautiful and were in the style of traditional Greek homes. The apartments were spacious and had natural lighting. It had AMAZING VIEWS! It also had a small smart flat screen TV which had cable, YouTube and Netflix which was important for me. The cleaning services was also frequent and to a good standard, you were supplied with fresh towels each day which was superb! Due to it being a small property we had the swimming pool to ourselves which was a plus.

One big downfall of this place was the horrible internet connection, the WIFI did not work AT ALL and my mobile data wouldn’t work due to the property being located on the bottom edge of the Ancient Thira mountain. Also the location was another disappointment as due to the steep road it made it impossible to go out frequently by foot and we had to take a taxi each time (if your travelling with elderly people keep that in mind). The property also has quite a few steps to get to the rooms.

Wifi is weak.

The owner is really nice and sweet. You have a great view from the apartment. I would recommend this place! All in all an 8 out of 10 for me (:

The place was difficult to find. The pool is a bit smaller than I thought.

The views are great! Mountains, sea all around, we felt we were in the middle of desert but in fact it was not the case. The studio was clean and well looked after and seems to have undergone renovation. We (think we) were the only guests onsite which felt very private and quiet!

Although we appreciate that some good measures were taken for the pandemic, we felt a bit disappointed of the quality of the breakfast (boxes delivered at the room) for the price paid of the stay. Also the address provided on booking.com website should be more specific, or at least update the name of the establishment as there is another 'Ancient Thera Studios' in Perissa!

Could not have asked for a better location. Close to a walk we wanted to do. The pool area fabulous. The friendliness of staff and owner outstanding.

Bathroom very tight, we are not big people but still found using the facilities a squeeze. This is the only reason we gave an 8, other than that it would have got a 9 - 10. Not forgetting the dogs barking throughout the night.

great was that we could be accommodated even before check-in

the owner of the hotel demanded money from us for the accommodation, which we had paid through booking. after 2 hours of arguing and thanks to the help of booking assistance, the problem was solved. nevertheless, it ruined the whole accommodation for us.

Cleanliness, room size. Great pool outside our balcony. Close to bus stop, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to beautiful Kamari beach.

Ocean view wasn't as good as expected.
