The flat Althaia was just perfect! It was cleaned very well, it is well decorated with a very comfortable bed and sofas and a nice kitchen. It is located in a very quite road. We stayed there with our 2 kids and it was all we needed, near to everything, within walking distance. The host, Sylvia, was very kind, and sent us lots of usefull ideas for food and leasure! She is very open to discuss or to ask her anything everyday.

If you are looking for a balcony with a view, this is not for you. The two tiny (but so nicely decorated) balconies are on the back side of the building. But this was not a problem for us.

The host is super nice and helpful! The apartment is clean, in great location and well equipped with everything you need. we will definitely come again! highly recommended!

Fantastic Central location within walking distance of the Acropolis and museums. Sylvia was a very nice host and suggested many excellent restaurants nearby. Quality bed linen and towels, a comfortable bed, free wifi, and a good refurbished flat make it great value for money. Car park available nearby,

love this place! extremely clean. open floor plan with plenty of room to move around in. very cozy, perfect location. love the welcome package with wine and snacks. I also love all the little details that went into this space to make you feel right at home. comfy bed as well. perfection!!❤️❤️

Centrally located in the heart of Athens. Easy walking distance to many historical sites and museums, shopping, and restaurants. Premises were very clean and our stay included daily housekeeping. Host Sylvia met us when we arrived, and checked-in with us before leaving after our 1 week stay. Superb host.

The property was in a great location close to bars, restaurants and the acropolis. The place was spotless with care and consideration given to the comfort of guests including a selection of pillows (soft, medium and hard) for your comfort, and recommendations for restaurants and bars around the area. Sylvia met us at the apartment with a lovely welcome pack and had additionally included some pasta and sauce incase we were hungry and needed a quick meal as we arrived in the evening. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for making our stay great in Athens Sylvia.

In Plaka, walking distance to Sintagma square, Acropole, Monastiraki, central park, shopping streets, metro station. Very cosy, quiet room with small balcony, confortabile bed and pillows. Loved it. And Sylvia, the owner, a wonderful sweet lady which recomended us where to go to eat and what to see. Very helpful

Only positive things to say here. Sylvia met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. The apartment was spotless and the facilities high quality. Biscuits, food, olives, ouzo , coffee all at our disposal. Sylvia also forwarded on lots of info on places to eat, see, walks - all very helpful. The apartment was serviced daily. Arrival and departure were quick and easy. The location of the apartment could barely be more central, handy for all the sights. We had intended to spend a day in Athens then a day trip to a nearby island - but given the location and how nice the apartment was we spent all our time in Athens. If you want a central, high spec apartment with a lovely host - be surprised if you could do better! Athens was great, driving into the center and out to the airport easy, parking nearby cheap and easy (when compared to the UK).

very central location, exceptional value for money given location and size of apartment! but I have to say the best thing about it was Sylvia herself! she face is excellent recommendations for restaurants bars and a walking tour! so very helpful!!!
