Mein Stadthaus befindet sich im Herzen des Thomas Drive, direkt gegenüber dem weißen Sand und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser des Panama City Beach. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Eines der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss für diejenigen, die keine Treppen steigen möchten. Das Stadthaus verfügt über Flachbildfernseher und eine große Terrasse mit viel Platz für gesellige Zusammenkünfte. Der Pool ist auch ein tolles Feature. Es ist 16 Fuß lang, 8 Fuß breit und 4 Fuß tief mit Messaging-Jets und viel Platz für alle. Mein Stadthaus ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Bettwäsche und Utensilien, die Sie benötigen. Kommen Sie und bleiben Sie, ich werde Ihnen versichern, dass Sie die Unterkunft lieben werden.

This place was awesome for our family. Very clean and quite. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was just a short walk across the street. We asked the owner for a cover for the hot tub to keep it warm when we had cooler nights and he responded immediately and brought us one that same day. Over all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing and the owner is outstanding. In all the years that I have rented properties never have I been contacted by the owner to ensure I have received all of my information needed for the property and if there is anything that I need. Jason called me prior to our stay and this spoke volumes about how much he appreciates his tenants and property. Jason also came out to the property twice during our stay and checked on and cleaned the pools and checked to see if we needed anything. We lost power one day and I contacted Jason and he got on it right away. I highly recommend this property. It is beautiful, very homey, comfortable, great location, and the owner is very nice and caring. Will definitely stay again and I HIGHLY recommend. You won´t find a more beautiful property or nicer owner.

We had a great time at the house. It was very clean. The XL hot tub/pool combo was perfect for the kids and the adults. Easy, quick walk to the beach and a very short drive to St. Andrews. Would definitely stay again!

The beach house was great. It was very clean and easy accessible. Very short distance to the beach and the kids enjoyed the spa pool. We will definitely stay again!!

Exactly as advertised. Super close walk to the beach. Pool was great for the kids and those that would rather not deal with the sand. Jason was awesome to work with and ready to answer our questions, give food recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was a perfect addition for the kids when we were done with the beach for the day! Short walk to the beach but would suggest renting a golf cart along with the house if you had really young kids. Definitely would stay again!

Clean, everything worked as ot should. Every bedroom has its own full bath. Beach access close enough to walk but there is plenty of parking if one chooses to drive over. Swim spa was a nice plus as well.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A total of 3 bedrooms. The space in the sitting and kitchen area is enough for entertaining. The jacuzzi pool is plus. Everything was clean when we arrived.

Overall, this is a great home a quick 3-4 blocks from the beach with plenty of space for a family. As a foster family with teenagers, we’re never quite sure how a vacation will trend. This was the perfect home in that it allowed for maximum flexibility in activities. You’re a quick walk from the beach, the spa/pool is a great way to relax and pass time when people in your party do not want to be at the beach, and you’re also a short drive from many of the activities like go karts. Each room has its own full bathroom which was perfect for our situation. The nearby public beach was not very crowded and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Only downside was the amount of utility construction happening around the property, but that is likely temporary.

Loved the house and the swim spa was a great extra. Just the right size for the adults to lounge and enjoy the spa treatment and the 7 year old to play still. The house was very clean and right across the street from the beach. Short 5 min walk to the beach and a very non crowded area. Loves our stay.

Awesome place to stay. Very comfortable and the beach was right around the corner. The jacuzzi was a 5 star. I would highly recommend this place. Did not have a single issue with the property.

Great spot, owner# etc was all great. Only issue is we were working while there and the wifi isn't really equipped for that. If you're not doing video conferences and stuff it's probably fine though.

This home had everything we could possible need and most important to me was the comfortable bed! The home is a little bigger than we need for the 2 of us, but the private swim/spa pool keeps us coming back. I know our grandkids would love it if we brought them next time.
Jason had great communication and even checked to be sure we'd received all the pre arrival information and followed back after we checked in to make sure there were no issues.
This has been our favorite place to stay in PCB!

Jason was very easy to communicate with, answered any & all questions. The place is just as described. Nothing fancy but all you need is there. Less than a 5 minute easy walk to the beach access. The pool spa is awesome! Quiet area with great places to eat nearby without getting into the crowd.

Clean when we arrived. Exactly what we expected from the listing. Pool was clean and ready to use all week! It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We donated some pieces to the kitchen—measuring cups, spatula for the grill—but otherwise the kitchen had what we needed. Owner was very kind and easy to work with. No problems with the property during the week. Thank you!

This house was a dream! After everything this last year our family of four was looking for a place to relax and enjoy private amenities so we could continue quarantine while spending time away. We cannot speak highly enough of this home. The swim spa/pool was perfect for relaxing while our kids played and the temperature adjusted easily for the colder days/nights. Everything in the home was maintained beautifully and very clean. We will definitely return! Thank you so much Jason and Neil!
