Location location location and amazing place to stay! We visited Greenville to watch a Firefighters vs Party Animals baseball game at Fluor Field which happened to be one block away. We were able to walk through Falls Park on the Reedy and downtown. Right next to Fluor Field is a great little place called Gather GVL. It's like a food "truck" food court and had something for every taste bud in our family. This place was within walking distance to just about everything you could want or need. Make sure you look through information in the guest book that thte owners have taken time to put together, it's packed with great information. If we find ourselves visiting Greenville again in the future, this property is the first I'll be checking for availability.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this charming house! We brought our 2 dogs and it was great. Super close walk to a really cute park and easy walking access to downtown! The hosts were great and had everything that we could have needed.

The location of this property is perfect for enjoying all the wonderful food and fun on Main Street and accessing the park and river trail which we enjoyed for a several mile walk.
The townhouse itself was very comfortable and well appointed. Our little 12 pound maltepoo loved it too! Thanks for making your lovely home available to us!

Clean and comfortable home perfect for two couples in town to perform with the Rivertree Singers. Close to restaurants and Reedy Park, which was a beautiful place to take a morning walk. Everything we could ask for and we would definitely stay here again!

Our family members are big baseball fans, so when our daughter wanted to run a half marathon in Greenville, SC, we needed a place where we could all stay comfortably and be within walking distance of the ballpark and the River park. This townhouse is perfectly located. We were a block from the River park and a block from the ballpark.
Additionally, we walked to breakfast and dinner daily. We even walked uptown to the CVS when necessary, saving money on parking fees daily, which are about $5 per hour on weekends.
The townhouse provided a spacious master suite with room enough for a pack-n-play for our toddle grandson to sleep in, and it also held a king-size bed for when he wanted to get in bed with his parents. The beds were neither too soft or too hard. Like the fairy tale, they were just right.
Our seven-year-old grandson slept comfortably on the pull-out couch. While both upstairs bedrooms had access to full bathrooms, my grandson had his own half bathroom downstairs if he needed to use it during the night.
From the moment we rented the townhouse, throughout our stay, and until we checked out, the owners communicated with us clearly and professionally. Within the home, each cabinet and closet was labeled so we knew how to find what we wanted and needed. We lacked nothing.
We strongly recommend the townhome. The owners go above and beyond to make the renters’ experience ideal.

The townhouse itself is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you may need. My family was very comfortable there. It was very clean and we were in contact with the owners during our stay. They truly care about your expedience and your comfort. The location was in walking distance to Main Street and the downtown area. We would without a doubt stay there again on our next visit to Greenville!

A great place! We were there for an extended 3-week stay and this rental was perfect for us. Host Melinda was outstanding with communication and owners did a great job outfitting the unit with everything you could need for cooking or comforts of home. Within walking distance to Falls Park and everything on Main Street, the unit was clean and in a safe area. We really loved it!

Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the place was super clean, and beautifully decorated, with well-stocked kitchens, beds, and baths. This property was just perfect for our first time visit to Greenville. The minute we walked in, we knew we chose the right place. This townhouse is warm and welcoming, beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and offers everything you could possibly need in a very organized manner. You will sleep soundly on the comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. The location is ideal and just a brief walk to downtown’s restaurants, shops, the river and park. The host of this property is terrific and is always available if you have a question. I highly recommend this property and I will be returning!

We loved this location within walking distance of the West End downtown Greenville. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lovely home (about time for carpet cleaning and refresh - understand this is a challenge with a pet-friendly home).

It was only my wife and I. The other couple cancelled at last minute. The condo was perfect for us. And would have been if the other couple joined as well. Very close to town for walking to restaurants, etc. Safe area. We enjoyed using the fireplace (wood provided)

The townhouse was perfectly located and really nice. We parked our car and never had to drive anywhere to get to gorgeous views, delicious restaurants and the swamp rabbit trail! The host was very responsive and the fall weekend was perfect!

Lovely condo, clean, comfortable, bath amenities and plenty of towels. Nice location. Walk to downtown and enjoy the park, restaurants. Owner was accessible and easy to work with. But wish we had known shops and galleries are mostly closed Sunday, Monday and some on Tuesday.

This property was everything we were looking for and more. The owners have thought of everything with the home being well stocked with all you need for your stay! The home is beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the Reedy River park and downtown, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. It’s also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog with us which was great. The owners communicated with us to make sure we were settled in ok which was very thoughtful. We definitely will be back again at this property. One of the best we’ve ever stayed at!

We are two moms and teenage daughters who went to The Peace Center to see a show. The apartment was great- big enough for all of us. Clean and stocked. Location was excellent! Could walk to dinners and the show. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I booked this townhouse for a bridge tournament while we were visiting Greenville and it was PERFECT. Great location, nicely decorated ( I loved a lot of the colorful art pieces) and full of amenities.
Nice size kitchen and living spaces, then upstairs has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. .
The owners were super fast to answer any questions. which I had none since they sent out detailed instructions of the check in process, etc.
Cant say enough wonderful things about this place.

This property is probably one of the best we've ever rented. It's clean, cozy and fully stocked, from the linens to the paper products to the kitchen items. The property owners are very communicative and so thoughtful in all the extras offered in this property. The bedrooms even have sound machines available to use, which came in handy when fireworks were set off after the baseball game (sleeping toddler). The ballfield is within walking distance of the property as well as some really cool food options, and the heart of downtown is a very short drive (or even walk) away. Access to Falls Park is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. The one thing I will mention, if you have littles, is that the bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. So if you're worried about stair-climbers, I would throw a baby gate in the car. Otherwise, this is a very family-friendly property. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

February ‘23 was our second time staying in Greenville and the second time staying at the Downtown Townhouse. We’ve already reserved for ‘24. It’s that great a place to stay. The townhouse is lovely and has all the amenities that one could desire. Melinda was delightful in responding to any questions we had. The location is as good as it gets, steps away from anything/everything.

Our family loved our visit to Greenville. Peter and Melinda were great hosts. Their home was very welcoming and in a perfect location to explore Greenville. We were a block from the entry to Falls Park. Such a great spot for walking our dog. We were able to walk to local restaurants and shops.
