El apartamento es comodisimo y las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares. Ya estamos deseando volver.

Monica was very responsive and patient, even though we arrived late on a Saturday night, and quickly arranged prepaid parking for the entire duration of our stay at "Parking La Puntilla" around the corner. (Parking was €14 per day, but very convenient. Locals pay €100 per month :-) We were there for two full weeks with three kids from 10-13 years, and went snorkeling on the reef at low tide almost every day. The apartment has an excellent and comfortably large terrace (3x7m) and we spent most evenings cooking with all windows fully opened, overlooking the city, beach, and reef. Grocery shopping is 2 mins away at SuperDino, which has everything you need at reasonable prices. This apartment comes highly recommended!

Great place with a perfect location. The balcony was where we stayed the most. Enjoying breakfast while morning swimmers were in sight. Afternoons in the sun and evenings just looking at the magnificent view. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The apartment was really nice with a cosy kitchen. We will be back.

L'appartement est bien situé à Las Palmas. Il est suffisamment spacieux et très bien équipé pour 5.

We are a family with two small kids spending one week in november 2018 at this apartment. We can highly recommend the apartment. You have an amazing view at the playa las Canteras. When you go out of the door you find many nice restaurants and bars, a supermarket is not very far. The beach is right in front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it s clean and the bathroom is new. The owner of the apartment helped at once when something was not working anymore.

Lots of good quality appliances in the kitchen with a decent TV and comfortable seating. The balcony is large with a table and chairs as well as room for sunbeds. Location wise, its perfect for sunbathing on the beach where the hire of sun beds is very reasonable. Great sightseeing and shopping. There are many restaurants and they all provided good food at a reasonable price. Parking would be difficult if you hired a car and everything is on your doorstep or a short taxi ride away.

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious apartment that is at the end of the sweep of Las Canteras beach. It has a very large balcony, a Perfect place to people watch and observe any fiesta that is often on the beach. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The views from the terrace are wonderful. Close to bars and restaurants, we had really good meals out. Monica and her family are delightful. Even when we had to call her on Saturday night because we had come out leaving the key inside! Sorry Monica. We would definitely stay here again, but without a car, that was a nuisance. Recommend highly Marge Moffatt

The best location, a wonderful apartment. We had a fantastic time!

We stayed at La Casa de Las Pinturas for 9 nights in October.This apartment is a little gem.Clean,well equipped for anyone who likes to cook and eat alfresco,and very secure.(Lift straight into the apartment) The location was perfect for the beach, shops restaurants and buses if you want to see the Island. Our lovely host Monica was at the apartment when we arrived and also visited us before we left.The people are very friendly and are willing to help with any language problems.Being a city we thought this would not be the case.Not so.The only downside was the drains which occasionally emit a bit of a pong! Solved by putting all the plugs in when we remembered to!this is a problem all along this beach apparently but a small price to pay for such a stunning location and fabulous apartment.Would recommend for couples rather than 6 people.

A fantastic place to stay. The views from the balcony are magnificent. You can 'people watch' for hours! The description of the property and its surroundings on this website is very accurate. It is very private, yet you feel at the heart of Playa de las Canteras life. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful (and speaks very good English). Good restaurants all around and a well stocked supermarket less than five minutes walk away. Also close to a food market. We enjoyed using the local buses ( nearest stop a few minutes walk away). You can get a book of 10 tickets for about 8 Euro. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

The location of the apartment is perfect in Playa de Las Canteras, very nice view from the big private balcony! The apartment itself is very cosy and spacious.
