What a great place to stay. My wife and I travel alot and have stayed in many VRBOs and rentals. This is an example for all VRBO hosts to follow. Everything you could need and more. Nicely decorated and tasteful, being very attentive to every little detail, not to mention how clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little bit of an older area but safe, nice and well kept, being close to all the local sites and restaurants. I just can't say enough about how nice this home was. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is within walking distance to Muskegon Lake and the quaint business district of Lakeside. Pere Marquette beach is fabulous, and only a 5 minute drive away. We had a fantastic stay, and our host, Brenda, is top notch. The home is tastefully renovated, and the large fenced yard is perfect for your furry best friend.

They thought of everything that a family would need. The outdoor patio and fenced in back yard was great for our children to run around. The close proximity to Pere Marquette beach was nice too. There's a bike trail but with children you're better off driving since it's a little less than 2 miles away.

Property had everything we needed for a 3-day visit to the area. Our kids (2.5 and 5.5) had a great time. There were even a few toys for them. Wonderful space and a fabulous backyard. Easy access to beaches. Host was quick to respond to emails and provided lots of helpful information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Always Morton with our two dogs. The backyard is fabulous!! The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Brenda has thought of everything. Location was perfect. Loved every minute.

Host had everything you could need. Just a mile from the beach, recommendations for things to do, and large fenced in yard for our dog to explore. I’d recommend Muskegon for anyone who wants to get away for a few days and definitely book an “always vacation” rental when you come

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to the beach and only 25 minutes from Michigan’s Adventure. This house is well stocked as well.

We had a great stay at this property! I always bring cleaning products with not knowing what we are walking into, but we definitely didn't needed them here. Very clean house that has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect. We brought our bikes with and could bike to the beach and just about everywhere else. Only took the care out twice. We really enjoyed eating outside at The Deck and the Lake House Grille. Our dog really enjoyed the gated back yard also. Brenda was so attentive and friendly when we had a question for her. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for this wonderful house!

This property was perfect for families. The owner thought of everything you could need, including toys and books in the kids room. The fenced in backyard was also very nice for kids. It was extremally clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this home was to say in. Everything was perfect! She went above and beyond having the bathroom stocked with anything you may have forgotten. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. 7 of us stayed the night and were very impressed. I will definitely be back!!

Brenda is an amazing hostess! The house was the most well appointed rental we have stayed in. Lots of little touches that are so welcoming from the moment you walk in. My husband and I stayed at this lovely home with our 4 year old daughter this past week and had a wonderful experience. The home is one of the most well-equipped rental I have ever visited. Brenda truly outdid herself - she thought of everything! Super chill neighborhood and nice, private fenced-in patio; it was perfect for us and our dog. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home - extra blankets to cuddle up with on the couch, complimentary snacks, and doggie treats, just to name a few. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had an absolute wonderful time while staying here. The house was stocked with anything you may have forgotten at home. Our kids had a great time. This was an ideal property to gather for my mom’s 80th birthday for many reasons, but the backyard was perfect for BBQs. Very stocked kitchen. Close to everything.

Very clean and cozy property...loved the backyard outdoor space! Wish it was within walking distance to the beach, but it was a very short drive! We all had a very relaxing, fun time with a little extra excitement when the fire alarm went off in the early morning of our last day. It really freaked us out but after going off for one cycle stopped. We checked all around the property for signs of fire but everything was just fine and the alarm never went off again.

The neighborhood was peaceful and very family friendly. We went for walks alone and with our dog. The home is perfect for family time! Plenty of room to spread out - and spaces to be together too! The family room was perfect for game nights and outdoor patio for fireplace time. We brought our fur baby and she was perfectly content when let out to the grassy area for potty time - and the occasional squirrel chasing. We were very comfortable in the beds and the water pressure was nice! Super clean home, easy to keep clean. Loved that you thought of small amenities that most places do not (snack basket, spices, condiments, coffee & filters, make-up remover wipes - all in case you just need/want them!). So many times we have to stop to buy salt or something trivial. Not here! Very thoughtful place to stay. Area is close to the beach and downtown shopping - a short drive! Not walking distance, but we didn't mind. Very close to shopping centers, and downtown day trips. Make sure you plan to eat EARLY. Most places closed by 7 or 8. We appreciated Lombardos for pizza and Lefty and Romo's for variety menu. ..both were open a bit later and met our needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was perfect for our family summer vacation!

I’ve stayed in a few vrbo rentals before and this one was the best one yet. The host had those little extras I didn’t expect. A fully stocked spice cabinet. Little treats in the kitchen. Extras in the bathrooms.
House was clean, comfortable and had a great backyard. We used the flat top grill several times.
I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay
This is our second stay at an always rental property with Brenda and she has outdone herself again! The house is gorgeous and every amenity you could possibly need is located on the property. I love her decorating style and the cleanliness is 10/10! Our almost 3 and 5 year old loved the children’s books and games in the house. We hauled our boat down and there was plenty of room for parking our trailer and truck in the driveway. We had a wonderful stay to spend time with family in the area and hope to be back again sometime!

We brought our dogs and my niece and nephew. We had a great stay although the boardwalk at the dog beach was out. We played games and an ice cream place and beach were a short drive from the house. They we’ve had pooper scooper on the fence to pick up after your dogs which was handy. Would come again.

We booked this home because of the location and the fact that it was pet friendly, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The house was SUPER clean, the manager had everything so well organized, the location was very convenient, we wished we could have stayed longer!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home in Muskegon’s Lakeside community! It had all the comforts of home, was clean, and very well maintained. We would consider staying here again!

Had a fabulous time
The place was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils/pans/dishes and even condiments. One bathroom was a little rough for 6 adults but worked out fine for the weekend. Took us a day to figure out the thermostat ( first night was over air conditioned ) but we had fun!
