The staff was super nice and I was able to work out an early check in

The hotel set up is kinda odd trying to find the rooms and what not

- good location - friendly staff - nearby restaurants and groceries - spacious rooms - comfortable beds

- no lift to the upper levels - rooms and facilities need an upgrade/refurbishment

I enjoyed the breakfast as it was included. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We wished that it wasn't so crazy busy but there was some kind of party going on and lots of teenage girls with awful attitudes that pretty much took over the entire pool. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. If only the guests had more respect for others it would have made things more enjoyable.

I was very much not impressed with the other guests. There was a birthday party in the room across the hall from us. The guests were running up and down the hall until well past midnight and even banged on our door and woke up my sleeping daughter twice, both times after midnight. The cost was a bit much for having interrupted sleep and the condition of the building.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very accommodating and kind. The beds we’re comfortable and in it’s day, the facility was nice and well thought out.

I had booked two nights through Booking.com for my family to attend a funeral. Online it said the room would be $159 a night. When I was checking in, the person before me was told their cost for the same accommodations was $179. However, when I stepped up to check in, our bill was $619 for a two night stay! I told the front desk clerk there was some mistake and she pulled up the reservation to verify the cost. That’s what Booking.com charged. She tried to reduce the cost and able was able to take about $40 off. Needless to say, I won’t be using Booking.com again. I will go back to booking directly with the hotel. Also, the room was musty and damp.

housekeeping should be daily without upon request, pool should be sanitized better

Bed was good.

We got in our room and there was a used tooth pick under the chair. The pool was cloudy and just looked disgusting. Even around the pool was pretty gross. Employees were seen fixing broken items around the hotel. There was just trash stacked in places of the hotel.

Bedding had stains, too many non-guests using pool/facilities, no cable or internet, guests allowing small children to be running/screaming in hallways until after 2am

there was no meat at breakfast. the shampoo was super cheap.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed most of my stay

That the pool was closed and that is the main reason I chose this place.

Room had trash In it, you could tell the bathroom wasn't swept. Beds were freshly made though.
