the pump on soap in the kitchen was dirty, inside the kettle was dirty, there were spider webs on the inside of the windows, the blinds in the bedrooms were terrible (wouldn’t fully close)

Location is very good. Comfort of the space. Spa on rooftop.

Lack of basic facilities like shower gel. Broken handles on window adjusters.

Property was easy to access, close location to shops etc. Apartment was very well equipped.

spa is very old and only one jet working. We stayed 3 nights in between weekly clean so when we got in and turned jets on we were overcome with fumes from the chemicals used and had to switch spa off. The main reason we booked this location was for the spa and we couldn't really use it. The rooftop needs some updating and modernising.

Large rooms, comfortable living areas and great flow to deck outside. Great location to local bars and restaurants. Great parking and helpful property Manager

All the venetian blinds were either completely broken or missing handles so you couldn't adjust them. Spa pool cover just a complete mess as broken into several parts. Beds were very hard and if that's your thing Ok but not ours

The property needs maintenance; gardens are in kept, broken items visible furniture, water feature etc There was a musty smell within the property, we had to keep the doors open and there was a bucket with water in the lounge catching a leak from the ceiling The spa was not in use and we were not compensated for it

Location was lovely and central. Lounge area was nice and comfortable. Spa was fun and outdoor verandah and table was good, bedrooms spacious and good usable kitchen space.

The outdoor furniture on the roof was old, weathered and falling apart which wasn’t enjoyable to sit at, this obviously wasn’t great when you want to enjoy a roof top area. There was a large bucket under the stairs because a leak in the ceiling. The main bedroom blinds couldn’t be adjusted adequately to block out the light and provide privacy and this resulted in the room being flooded with light every morning at 6am making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The bbq was filthy and not fit to cook on. There was no hairdryer or bottle opener in the property and only 3 champagne glasses which meant 6 guests could not celebrate together. A few hangers in the wardrobes would have been nice.
