The location is good, it's very close to the beach, even though, you have to cross the backyard of the hotel to get there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as pharmacy and food/souvenir shops. The rooms are pretty specious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the balcony. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

Sometimes there was unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet.

The room was very spacious and very well air conditioned, the cleaner was amazing as she cleared every day! The staff were also really nice and helpful, we also ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. We would definitely stay here again, 5 minute walk to the beach as well!

We were transferred to another hotel on all inclusive basis at no extra cost, as there were some maintenance problems with the apartment. Atlantica Sungarden beach was really nice, although it might need an upgrade facility wise, it was just perfect for us. The views and location fantastic, the staff really helpful and nice and the food was also very good.

It’s a pity that it was not possible for us to stay in Stratovarius apartments as we booked it because it was very close to Nissi Beach and had very good reviews. From Atlantica Sungarden beach we had to go by bus to nissi beach. Nevertheless, it was still not a big problem in our situation especially that it was fully compensated by staying in a wonderful hotel.

Really close (4-5 mins walk) to the Nissi beach and right across the street of Gardens restaurant. - Stratovarius restaurant has also great food but for higher prices and no shades for the kids playground, we eat 5/7 nights at gardens or other places. - We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, give those cleaning ladies a raise! They deserve it! - The room and balcony were big enough for the 3 of us traveling with a 4yo - The mattress was good but the pillows were awful! - The AC worked great with no extra charge there was also a vault in the room but we didn't use it - Gonna mention the cleaning again, there was no water/shower around the hotel except for the bathroom in the so called reception so eventually you'll end up bringing sand in the hotel from your slippers, the cleaning ladies did their jobs spotlessly!

The reception for the hotel guests is close to non-existant, you can't call a room with a sofa a bathroom a reception. - On our check out there was no one there to check the room or to ask us about our stay except for the really nice cleaning ladies, make up your mind are you a hotel or a Airbnb/Rental? - The hotel is on top of the Stratovarious restaurant this meaning that you'll feel the flavors from the restaurant each time you'll open the balcony door. - The guests entrance is on the side of the building where the dumpsters also so each time you get in or out of your stay you'll pass right by all the restaurant's garbage. Also the restaurant's kids playground is back to back to the dumpsters.. - The great location plus comes with a minus as well, being so close to the street you'll hear the ATV's engines roaring late into the night 1-2 AM even with the balcony door closed and locked and the curtains on.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and absolutely delicious food in the restaurant with 10% discount. 5 minutes away from the Nissi beach .

Fantastic location across the road to the entrance to Nissi Beach, Clean large rooms and a nice bar and restaurant downstairs, mini mart on the next block to get cold drinks and snacks for the fridge

Cleanliness, quietness, the beach nearby, excellent own restaurant, very good food and service, the restaurant gives bonus discount. The Chef, specially prepared dishes for me that were not included in the menu. Very friendly and hospitable

Very good value for money. Our room was large We had access to netflix Big bathroom . I researched Ayia Napa alot and this is a great location : -close to Nissi beach, (maps shows 6-7 minutes, but in reality you can just go strait across the street and it takes 3 minutes) -close to the rest of the actual village -many other hotels (muuuch more expensive) were very far from any points of interest (the beaches here are far apart ) The host was amazing : -we got a 15% discount at their restaurant . This is important because: the food is amazing (not fine dining per see .. but close) and the ingredients are better than what you usually find . With the discount, it means that for the same price , you get way better food - 2 people eating and drinking ...with about 25-30 euros -they also have more expensive options ( proper tenderloin steaks ...cooked correctly ) The staff are friendly --> we had the plane delayed and they let us stay in the room 8 hours more than our agreed checkout time (at 31 degrees Celsius... this is INVALUABLE ) The cook even gave me free finger food ...to sample if it merits a place in the menu (P.S ...it does !! )

In Ayia Napa in general, very few restaurants are open in the morning ...If you want to eat at 8 in the morning, it's difficult to find something.

Great location. Near the beach Nissi. We were in October. I don’t know how noisy it is here at the peak of the season, but at this time everything suited us. It is definitely more comfortable here than in the center of Ayia Napa and on the outskirts of the city. The room is comfortable, the restaurant is also pleasant, the food is delicious.
