the flat has a bedroom and a kitchen /dining room both are spacious.the kitchen is very well equipped.of course shower and toilet with plenty of towels etc.the hostess,Rafaela, helps with every question.she even provides food and drinks for breakfast which is included.the location is really good.10 minutes walk from the central bus station , from the trains and from the trains to pompeii and sorrento and the old city.the location is in a residential road and building.looks a bit strange from the outside but is no problem at all.enjoyed my stay.thank you Rafaela

Rafaella couldn't possibly have been more accomodating meeting us, kindly agreeing to a later time than initially planned to hand over the keys. Her English is great and she responded immediately to WhatsApp messages. Her apartment is only a ten-minute walk along bumpy sidewalks from the train station so very convenient. I have only once before met a host who had so thoughtfully and generously provided so many free snacks and drinks that had to have set her back a chunk of money. There was a new loaf of bread, and enough yogurt and pop and crackers and other snacks for a family of five for a week instead of just two of us for four days! There was just a stovetop but there were plenty of cooking utensils which is all too rare! There were lots of extra blankets in the large bedroom. The sofa was comfortable. Shampoo and body wash were provided in the bathroom. The price was incredibly reasonable but that perhaps took into account some of the issues.

Unfortunately, I had to lower the score because each time we returned the apartment felt damp and musty. That only cleared after opening the shutters to the mostly enclosed courtyard. Some air fresheners would help and possibly a dehumidifier. I wouldn't have wanted to walk in the area alone after dark as it looked a little rough.

The location is in a poor area.

We had a great stay at Metropolis Stazione Centrale apartment. The place has a great location, very close to the central train and meteo station. Also close distance to the ports (15 minutes walk or 7 minutes by tram). The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to that, Raffaella was a great host! So friendly and helpful! She's kindly flexible and we could always stay in touch with her if we had any questions for our stay. Thanks a lot Raffaella! We recommend this apartment!

A nice place to stay, few steps to train / bus / underground / supermarket. Very kind host full of positive energy, she has given to us very useful advices. Everything exactly as announced, no issues with keys. Fine humble breakfast included. The flat is clean and comfortable. Fair price. A bit messy neighborhood but this is Naples - must see :-)
