The location was perfect, in the old town area and walking distance to many monuments, bars and restaurants.

It was very noisy and hard to sleep at night.

Good location, comfortable bed, washing machine, spacious room, kitchen ware. Express check in and out. Air condition was working very well. Nice view.

Unreliable Internet. Just three shower gels, three coffees, two toilet paper rolls for 5 days for 2 people. It was very noisy at night because of restaurant behind the windows (apartment was on the 1st floor). The iron was dirty so unusable

Checking in process is a nightmare. When you call them the staff just hang up. Very rude. Wifi does not work.

A wonderfully renovated apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Check-in was smooth.

Extremely noisy, the insulation is basically zero, we could barely sleep because there is a night club in the same street. The Wifi was not working unfortunately. It was not possible to close the shower doors.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The personnel responsive and friendly.

The apartment was very dark and cold. You had to switch on all lamps during daytime hours. Low quality furniture in the living room. The sofa was old and decrepit. Shower had plumbing issues. Overall a low value for the money.

The location is amazing and the property has a decent amount of space

The WC was not working and made a sound the 2 days we were there. I reported the issue right away, the next day they responded (cause the emergency phone has also a schedule to contact them) and they just sayed that they were already working on it. As if there was not a plumber that could fix it after two days. Terrible experience not just because of the sound , but the fact you are conscientious being remind that a lot of water is just running.

The noise made by the people after they left the clubs or the restaurants (now it was acceptable - January, but I guess in summer it will not be nice) It was very cold in the apartment even if it has an AC

Beautiful apartment & great location Sergio agent was absolute star-the safe box got blocked late in evening just before our departure early in the morning. He arrived within half an hour to assist!

clean well done property right in the middle of Malaga old town. close to literally everything. the property had every facility for our comfort, great attention to detail.

This is a lovely, well decorated, clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The location is really central and convenient.

The noise. We stayed a Thursday and Friday night and the noise from the street particularly on Friday was loud and continued until after 6am.

The room was in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, monuments and more. The room itself (1C) had two separate air condition machines, so you could have a lower temperature in the bedroom compared to the living room. The room was fully equipped, as was the kitchen. I can very recommend the small coffee store just right outside the entrance besides the Hammam.

Great apartment right in the middle of old Malaga, surrounded by small streets packed with bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and the fabulous Marina port area. The apartment was perfect with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen diner, very high standard finish. The key collection etc was remote via What’s app, worked well and staff were prompt with their responses.

The central location was amazing, and the apartment was of great quality. Having air conditioning was very nice.

The shower door was a bit awkward but it worked fine.

The location was great, really central and the staff we're nice. A cosy and clean room. But then the problems started..

The week started with a very hot room, we had two AC units. One had a really loud and bubbly noise, the other one started leaking water. Both were extremely slow, took many hours to cool a few degrees. We complained several times and they tried to fix the issue, it never got good but a bit better. The last night we had a large water leakage which dropped in the living room beneath the shower from above. All week we had trouble to get any hot water and there were cockroaches in the room. After all complaining we seem to get a bit of compensation but I've yet to receive it. So I would really not recommend anyone to stay here apart from the location and nice employees.

the location was absolutely amazing, everything that you need is close by. superb host, very responsive. all the facilities were available to spend comfortable time.

The door of balcony was damaged so every noise come directly in. After talking with person in charge they need 2 day to fixed it. So out of 5 day I couldn't sleep for 3 days and this is for me disaster.

The location was perfect, in a quaint part of the old town close to public transport, the Arab bathhouse, vintage boutiques and delicious restaurants (including Perro Viejo) just outside the window. the apartment itself was clean with well equipped bathrooms and kitchen supplies/utilities. Check-in process was seamless and the host was very friendly/communicative. The space was very large and conformable for a large group (with the exception of the living room area). Private and secure access to the building and accessible elevator to the top floor. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again.

The living room seating is not practical for large groups, and when we removed the sofa cushions we found it had not been vacuumed in some time, with lots of debris, food crumbs, and hair piled underneath the cushions. Also the upstairs bedroom had noticeable mold fuzz growing in different areas alone the ceiling. Even so these are minor things that might have been overlooked by the cleaning staff. The rest of the apartment was very clean and accurate to the photos.
