The A/C made a lot of noise. Thr toilet paper was used and there was no an extra roll. Only one bar of soap.

Location is good.

The whole check in and check out process was super easy and the two gentlemen in the front were very nice. They are pet friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean!

Staffs are friendly

The hotel room smells cigarettes which come through the ventilation in the bathroom. Bed cover is dirty , blanket smell like cigarettes. The toilet flapper doesn't hold the water make it hard to flush. The room door is dirty and greasy, breakfast finished early than 9am

The sound insulation was terrible as we could easily hear the conversations of our neighbors. My husband was awoken at 2 am by the conversations in the hallway. The breakfast options were not the same as pictured, and it felt like we were eating leftovers. I also witnessed a boy peeing outdoors against the hotel emergency door when going upstairs by the stairway since the elevator was broken. I fully understand that the management had no control of the boy's unruly behavior.

This hotel used to be so nice and clean but this time Smelled like cigaret while they say they are smoke free. i had to change my room and get another one to get rid of the smell. the elevator was down and i had to climb up the stairs to get to the 4th floor with a suitcase and a little baby. breakfast wasn't good. Didn't worth the money.

the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs couldn’t get no type of discount being that we wasn’t on the 1st floor and also we had a few bags each me and mhy family

I like the location

The staff😞! I was arriving with a large group of people(booked three rooms) and at the last minute I was told that my reservations were canceled due to insufficient funds. However, I told them that I was adding the amount needed. Later they told me that they have to cancel my rooms. I checked my account and noticed that they charged my card anyway for one room. I asked to speak to someone else. They told me "No"! In a very rude voice tone, I was told don't worry we will refund you!
