The flat is very central, quiet and bright. Two big rooms, with kitchen and a small but modern and clean bathroom. Big bed. All sights are in walking distance, bus stop to Termini (to Airport) very near. First floor, good WiFi, warm, Clima, everything you need.

More kitchen equipment would be nice.

location was great, check in was good; we were able to check in early arriving directly from the airport. The apartment was very adequate and comfortable. liked the windows opening to the quiet street.

shower in bathroom very small, couch in living room very dirty, kitchen-bathroom sparsely furnished. we were there for six nights, had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, etc. in all fairness we did not contact the management company about this maybe they would have restocked the items we bought.......

The building was very noisy, i could hear the family who was in the apartment above mine all the time as they were very loud. Additionally, the elevator of the building was out of order since the day I arrived and by the time I left it was still not repaired. I haven’t seen anybody working on it so I assume it was out of order since a few days already. This meant I had to carry my luggage up and down and I could hear all the guests, residents etc going up and down the stairs all day. Level of cleaning was below expectations. The duvet was dirty as per pictures attached, the floor was not clean either and the curtains are very old with big holes on it.

It was really clean. Kelly was super nice. Location was really good. check-in check-out super easy and convenient.

it was a bit too humid in the apartment, made it a bit uneasy to deal with, specially when sleeping. The blanket needs a proper cover not being sandwiched between two sheets. A bit noisy at nights, being close to a street with constant traffic. The shower head needs to be changed.

close to the sights (walking distance) close to amazing restaurants, cute neighborhood, close to a supermarket, nice and comfy beds, nice view, quiet at night, clean and all amenities there and two bathrooms. it doesn’t have an elevator but the stairs are not too bad of a climb. this apartment made our stay comfortable - super centrally located and big enough for three adults.

the sleeping couch downstairs has a bump when unfolded. we managed to find a comfy position to sleep but for two people it might be tricky! further the apartment was really great!

The shower area is very tight. If you are slightly larger than average, showering may be uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect! We entered the building very easy, found the keys and voila - amazing apartment in the best location in Rome. This part of Rome city centre is my favourite and most convenient for exploring Rome and sightseeing. Piazza Navona 10 minutes by foot, Vatican City and Trastevere - 15 minutes the most. There are beautiful buildings, churches and historic sights around as a bonus. Supermarkets probably 5 or more, the closest Coop - 2 minutes by foot. Apartment was exactly like the pictures, immaculate clean and with a lot amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, oven, iron and ironing table...all kind of cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, washing liquid, these people have thought of everything to make this place comfortable. Now - the stairs, that are mentioned in some reviews: apparently reviewers haven't been in other buildings in that part of Rome. I have been and stairs are like perpendicular to the floor, and made of something like large paving stone. Here, although narrow, the stairs were normal size, panelled with marble and absolutely fine to climb as they are not that much even to the top floor where our apartment was. To summarize - I could not recommend the place more!

The door of the shower on the upper floor doesn't close well so the whole bathroom is flooded and as there is not siphon the water is nowhere to go. This wasn't a big deal as there is a shower in the bathroom on the main floor of the apartment and we used only the toilet and sink of the upper bathroom.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The property was very attractive and comfortable. Great walkable location to popular sites.

The apartmant was very compact, clean, well organized, comfortable. The location is really great, the nearby streets are quiet.

A few tools were missing from the kitchen, it could have been more equipped. The loft was not working.

A place in a quiet neighborhood very close to all important things. Very kind office people that satisfied every request we had...very helpful.

Services were at a minimum. Apparently this is the least desired (smallest) unit in the building. The second sofa-bed was in poor condition and very uncomfortable. The main bed was fine.

the one big window does not have a blind/curtain so you feel a bit exposed. it also means that you wake up when the sun is up. I also expected the room to be cleaned once during my 7 day stay, especially the floors. there was no broom that I could have used, nor was there a cleaning cloth or sponge for the cleaning of dishes - I had to buy one.

Exactly like the photos. Very nice apartment. Clean and well furnished. Very good sound insulation. Very quiet. Perfect location for everything (sites, shops, restaurant, bus, etc). Alexia was very helpful and efficient.

My teenager slept on the sofa in the living room and said the sofa bed had a bump in the middle. We had to unplug the fridge because it was too noisy for him at night. Everything else was great though and we would go back.

The apartment is located in the renovated house near the city center. It has all the necessary facilities and a good conditioning system.

- kettle was dirty - soap wasn't refilled before our stay, so it went off - it would be good to have instruction for stove But the main issue we had with check-out... In the message, it was stated that check-out instructions will be presented later as well as a procedure regarding the city tax payment. We haven't received it even on the last day, so we called the staff. Firstly, the number that we used appeared to be wrong - belongs to another building, but a woman who replied told us that her colleague will call us back ASAP. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody called back. Then, we tried to call by ourselves and our call simply was declined.. (it was all happening at 3-4 pm) Ok, we went to the restaurant and came back home around 8 p.m., and then we received a message about check out 😑 city tax should be paid in cash only as it appeared and we had to search for ATM to get some cash. It would be really good to get this instruction on time, so we could calmly pack our belongings but not spend the evening searching for staff and instructions
