I’ve never felt this welcome in a hostel before, the family is so so so nice. And for the price it is amazing with a very nice breakfast!

Location is a bit far from old town, but nice and quiet and right on the beach.

this was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The host and her family went out of their way to make my stay the best possible. the area is outside the chaos of Hoi An center and everyone seems to know each other in a good way - the restaurant owners gave me a free ride home on the motorbike every evening because they know the family. Check-in was great and I was provided with lots of useful info about what to see and do and if they were going into town they would offer me a lift or to have lunch with their family. All round an amazing place to stay and I recommend it to anyone. Also the banana pancakes for breakfast were amazing!!

It was extremely clean and in great condition as well as being fantastic value for money. Hậu, the manager was also fantastic. she helped with all sorts of local information as well guiding me through the painful subject of renewing my visa

The hostel is perfect with swimming pool, clean rooms. Host Hau is amazing. She'll literally go extra mile to help you. And has all the facilities free cycles and private beach access. Staffs are amazing too

This villa is an absolute Gem near the beach in Hoi An. The host, Hau, is super caring and will make everyone feel like family. All guests bonded over a typhoon, where Hau fed everyone, made everyone feel safe and comfortable.

Nice owners, good pool, good food, close to the beach and free bicycle to use to go to hoi an. Me and my friends enjoyed this place that we decided to stay longer. It is very clean and perfect to enjoy the beach and hoi an. I would recommend to stay here an not in the center of hoi an. You can grab a bicycle or a scooter if you want to go to hoi an. And to the beach you can walk. It is super close.

Literally the best place I've stayed in Vietnam. The owner is incredibly helpful and when you check in she gives you a map and recommends the best places to go for food and shopping etc and how much to pay for things. They treat you like family and will help with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are super nice, the pool is nice and cool and great during the heat of the day. This place is incredible value for money, and is close to the beach and you can take a bicycle to the shops for free. Absolutely excellent and highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Hoi An.

I am so glad I found this property - it was absolutely perfect! I ended up staying for a week, not just a few days, and had such a lovely time. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, a great choice of free breakfast (fresh fruit, banana pancakes...) and the property itself was stunning. The pool outside was amazing and there was access to a private beach just down the road, and local restaurants (go to Mate!). Can't believe it was such good value for money, it felt very luxurious! They also had bicycles that could be used to cycle into Hoi An or along the coastline.

the host was extremely welcoming, really made me feel like part of the family when I was staying. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Really informative with things we could enjoy in the area, lots of recommendations and ideas of things to do. Free bikes on the property which you are welcome to use whenever you like, close to the beach, food for a great price cooked at the property. I love the added feature of a pool that’s free to use, I haven’t stayed in many hostels which offer so much for such a modest price. nothing I can say to fault this property!

The hosts made me feel like a family right from the moment i called to enquire about my booking. She checked with my bus to know my whereabouts, received me early morning (5.30) and let me in my dorm. I had lunch with them and it was a very homely environment. We spoke a lot about life and our passions. I spent second say in the house itself coz it was so comfy. They helped me get a comfortable drive to hoi an. They were always ready to help. I wish to come back here.

very new property and they are just opening up again after 2 years closed due to covid-19 the dorms are really good and the bathroom is just amazing. the swimming pool to relax during the heat and the beach (less than 10min walking) for the sunrise and sunset is perfect. the owners are amazing and she speaks really good English.

My home away from home for 2 months during COVID19 pandemic. It’very nice and modern villa, western style. I really like the design of the building, the rooms, the living room and pool area. Lot of space, very clean, nice big pool for swimming. The place is quiet, great for work. Very close to the beach! You can also use the common kitchen to cook for your self. The owner Hao and her husband Tha are very nice people. Hao speaks english well and she can organize a lot of other things for you, like visas and stuff. I’m very happy I chose this place.

The only downside is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. There are just empty plots around, waiting for construction of new houses. But that can be also a good thing. No noise from surrounding buildings.
